This snapshot dataset lists the parcels included within the areas the City has identified for annexation, as well as required property and ownership information, this dataset was created based on the parcel data at the time, and are not a current view of the properties in the annexation areas. The City of Bloomington has proposed the annexation of eight developed areas just outside the current municipal boundaries. Although these areas may already be part of the Bloomington community, they are not within the City's municipal boundaries at this time. The proposed annexations will allow everyone in the community to be a part of the same future and provide for a more uniform and efficient local government.
