Breakthrough RESEARCH Nigeria Behavioral Sentinel Surveillance (BSS) Baseline Survey
Tulane University and Population Council in collaboration with the Center for Research, Evaluation Resources and Development (CRERD) conducted the BSS baseline survey in September and October 2019. The study population includes currently pregnant women aged 15-49 years and women aged 15-49 years with a child under two years who are living in B-A/N program areas targeted for integrated social and behavioral (SBC) messaging (Sokoto/Kebbi) and for malaria-only SBC messaging (Zamfara).
