공공데이터포털
Cruise MGL2212 by research vessel Marcus G. Langseth in October 2022 had the objective to service moorings for the CCE and CORC projects (California Current Ecosystem, Consortium on the Ocean's Role in Climate). To calibrate and validate the mooring data, CTD casts with water samples were collected. The CTD data are reported here. The CTD data have been quality-controlled and adjusted using the water sample data. Additional cruise data files are available through the Rolling Deck to Repository program (R2R, see 'references'). Processed data are in NetCDF and CNV formats. Raw data are also provided.
Water temperature, salinity, and other parameters collected by CTD from the research vessel Sally Ride in the north Pacific Ocean off California from 2023-07-23 to 2023-07-29 (NCEI Accession 0289346)

Cruise SR2315 by research vessel Sally Ride in July 2023 had the objective to service moorings for the CCE and CORC projects (California Current Ecosystem, Consortium on the Ocean's Role in Climate). To calibrate and validate the mooring data, CTD casts with water samples were collected. The CTD data are reported here. The CTD data have been quality-controlled and adjusted using the water sample data. Additional cruise data files are available through the Rolling Deck to Repository program (R2R, see 'references'). Data are in NetCDF.

Cruise SR2504 by research vessel Sally Ride in March 2025 had the objective to service moorings for the CCE and CORC projects (California Current Ecosystem, Consortium on the Ocean's Role in Climate), with additional data collections en route in the Southern California Bight. To calibrate and validate the mooring data, CTD casts with water samples were collected. The CTD data are reported here. The CTD data have been quality-controlled and adjusted using the water sample data. Additional cruise data files as well as raw CTD data files are available through the Rolling Deck to Repository program (R2R, see 'references'). Water sample data will be made available separately through the Ocean Carbon and Acidification Data Portal at NCEI. Processed data are in NetCDF.
Seawater temperature and salinity observed from the CORC3 and CORC4 moorings in the southern California Current (NE Pacific) from 2012 to 2020 (NCEI Accession 0163206)
공공데이터포털
This archive accession contains temperature and salinity observations from instruments on the CORC3 and CORC4 moorings in the southern California Current (2012 to 2020), part of the CORC project (Consortium on the Ocean's Role in Climate) at Scripps Institution of Oceanography, under a grant from NOAA. The instruments were clamped along the mooring wire and carried sensors for conductivity, temperature, and some also pressure (CTD). These data are included in this archive package, along with interpolated pressures for instruments without such sensors and derived salinity. Data have undergone post-calibration and quality control, and quality flags are included. The original data submission contains one data file per deployment. Data files are in NetCDF.
Dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC), total alkalinity (TA), temperature, salinity, nutrients, dissolved oxygen, chlorophyll-a and phaeo pigment measured by discrete water samples and CTD for calibration and validation of California Current Ecosystem (CCE) mooring timeseries from 2015-11-17 to 2021-06-18 (NCEI Accession 0249587)
공공데이터포털
This dataset consists of discrete profile data collected data small ships near the California Current Ecosystem (CCE) mooring in the North pacific Ocean from 2015-11-17 to 2021-06-18. California Current Ecosystem moorings (CCE1 and CCE2) are surface buoys equipped with interdisciplinary scientific sensors including surface water and air pCO2, meteorological sensors (wind, air temperature, humidity, and air pressure), sea water temperature, salinity, currents, dissolved oxygen, pH, nutrients, and chlorophyll fluorescence. CCE1 is located offshore in the core of the California Current (CalCOFI station 80.80), and CCE2 is closer to shore on the shelf break near Point Conception (CalCOFI station 80.55). CCE moorings measure physical, biological, and chemical variables with temporal resolutions high enough to resolve event-scale phenomena, and transmit real-time data to shore. Annual cruises are conducted to recover and the moorings. During these cruises, CTD casts are performed with water samples of salinity, dissolved oxygen, dissolved inorganic carbon, total alkalinity, nutrients (nitrite, nitrate, silicate, phosphate, and ammonium), chlorophyll-a, and phaeopigment. This data file reports the discrete water sample results as well as CTD temperature and salinity values where the bottle samples were taken.
Water temperature, salinity, and other parameters collected by CTD from research vessel Oceanus in the north Pacific Ocean off California from 2015-11-17 to 2015-11-20 (NCEI Accession 0234440)
공공데이터포털
This dataset contains water temperature, salinity, and other parameters collected by CTD from research vessel Oceanus in the north Pacific Ocean off California. Cruise OC1511A by research vessel Oceanus in November 2015 had the objective to service moorings for the CCE (California Current Ecosystem) project. To calibrate and validate the mooring data, CTD casts with water samples were done. The CTD data are reported here. The CTD data have been quality-controlled and adjusted using the water sample data. Data quality is acceptable, but affected by bad weather which led to unsteady motion of the instrument package through the water. The raw CTD data files are available through the Rolling Deck to Repository program (R2R, see references), and the water sample data will be published through the Ocean Carbon and Acidification Data Portal at NCEI. Data are in NetCDF.
