CTD and other data were collected from charter/fishing boats in Willapa Bay, Washington, from 29 July 1997 to 10 September 1998. Data were collected by the University of Washington (UW) in support of the Pacific Northwest Coastal Ecosystem Regional Study (PNCERS). Parameters include temperature and salinity profiles.
Water temperature, salinity, and other parameters collected by CTD from research vessel Oceanus in the north Pacific Ocean off California from 2015-11-17 to 2015-11-20 (NCEI Accession 0234440)
공공데이터포털
This dataset contains water temperature, salinity, and other parameters collected by CTD from research vessel Oceanus in the north Pacific Ocean off California. Cruise OC1511A by research vessel Oceanus in November 2015 had the objective to service moorings for the CCE (California Current Ecosystem) project. To calibrate and validate the mooring data, CTD casts with water samples were done. The CTD data are reported here. The CTD data have been quality-controlled and adjusted using the water sample data. Data quality is acceptable, but affected by bad weather which led to unsteady motion of the instrument package through the water. The raw CTD data files are available through the Rolling Deck to Repository program (R2R, see references), and the water sample data will be published through the Ocean Carbon and Acidification Data Portal at NCEI. Data are in NetCDF.
Water temperature, salinity, velocity and others taken by CTD, ADCP, and sediment data collected from research vessels Pugettia, Pluteus, and a small personal craft in Coos Bay Estuary, Oregon from 2017-02-14 to 2019-04-16 (NCEI Accession 0210797)
공공데이터포털
This dataset contains the following data types from the Coos Bay Estuary, Oregon collected 2017-2019: (1) water-column profiles of salinity, temperature, pressure, and turbidity collected using a conductivity/temperature/depth (CTD) sensor outfitted with a peripheral optical backscatter sensor (OBS) used to measure turbidity (2) water-column velocity data collected using a vessel-mounted acoustic Doppler current profiler (ADCP) (3) time-series measurements of water level, temperature, and turbidity collected using small instruments mounted in near-bed moorings and a piling (four files total) (4) grain-size distributions of seabed grab samples and short push cores. Data (1) were collected throughout the estuary from the research vessel Pluteus or research vessel Pugettia from the Oregon Institute of Marine Biology, using an RBR profiling CTD with OBS (two instruments were alternated), throughout the project period. Data (2) were collected using an RDI 600 kHz ADCP during a January 2018 survey from the research vessel Pugettia. The ADCP was mounted on the rear of the vessel with integrated Hemisphere V104s GPS receiver. Data (3) were collected using RBR CTDs with OBSs mounted on small moorings deployed on the seabed or affixed to a piling. Data (4) were collected using a petite ponar sampler or grab sampler from the research vessel Pugettia or research vessel Pluteus, or using short push cores collected via personal watercraft. Data were analyzed by laser diffraction sizers at the WHOI, OSU, or IU labs. Data are in NetCDF.
Water temperature, salinity, and other parameters collected by CTD from the research vessel Marcus G. Langseth in the north Pacific Ocean off California from 2022-10-25 to 2022-10-28 (NCEI Accession 0289345)
공공데이터포털
Cruise MGL2212 by research vessel Marcus G. Langseth in October 2022 had the objective to service moorings for the CCE and CORC projects (California Current Ecosystem, Consortium on the Ocean's Role in Climate). To calibrate and validate the mooring data, CTD casts with water samples were collected. The CTD data are reported here. The CTD data have been quality-controlled and adjusted using the water sample data. Additional cruise data files are available through the Rolling Deck to Repository program (R2R, see 'references'). Processed data are in NetCDF and CNV formats. Raw data are also provided.
Temperature and salinity profiles from CTD casts from the WECOMA in the Coastal Waters of Western U.S. and NE Pacific from 1989-10-08 to 1989-10-27 (NCEI Accession 9200139)
공공데이터포털
CTD (depth, temperature, conductivity) data, plus fluorescence and light transmission data, collected as part of SLIX (Surface Biological Oil Slick Experiment) by the R/V WECOMA in the eastern north Pacific between October 8, 1989 and October 27, 1989. All data were submitted on a floppy disc as ASCII files in a columnar format. The file README.DOC describes the data collection and recording methods. Principal Investigator was Dr. David Carlson of Oregon State University Location. CTD data were collected with a Neil Brown MK III; this data has been processed and archived by NODC in F022-CTD Hi resolution file format.
Temperature, salinity, and nutrients data from bottle and CTD casts in the NE Pacific (limit-180) from the MELVILLE in support of the Marine Optical Characterization Experiment (MOCE) from 1999-10-01 to 1999-10-21 (NCEI Accession 0000693)

This report contains results from the fifth cruise of the Marine Optical Characterization Experiment. A variety of spectroradiometric observations of the upper water column and atmosphere were made by investigators from the University of Miami, NOAA, CHORS, CICESE, Oregon State University, University of South Florida, UABC, NERSC and MLML. Data presented here were obtained by oceanographic CTD profiler: salinity, temperature, dissolved oxygen, beam attenuation and chlorophyll-a fluorescence; and by water samplers: total suspended matter and suspended organic carbon and nitrogen, salinity, and dissolved oxygen. Data were collected from 01 October 1999 to 21 October 1999.
