FORECASTS Information about planned FY 2014 FOAs is now available on the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Grants Forecast website: /hhsgrantsforecast/ To find the Children's Bureau's FOA forecasts, go to the forecast website and enter the title or Funding Opportunity Number (FON) in the search box. FOAs As they are published, CB discretionary grant FOAs can be accessed here- /grants/open/foa/office/acyf_cb NOTE: beginning January 1, 2012, ACF requires electronic submission of applications for discretionary grants at http://www.Grants.gov . Information on applying electronically is available at http://www.Grants.gov . Applicants that do not have an Internet connection or sufficient computing capacity to upload large documents (files) to the Internet may contact ACF for an exemption that will allow these applicants to submit an application in paper format. Information on requesting an exemption from electronic application submission will be published in FY2014 discretionary grant funding opportunity announcements.
