County Boundaries - Detailed
공공데이터포털
This layer contains detailed outlines of Maryland counties. The Maryland land county boundaries were built using political county boundaries and the National Hydrology Data (NHD). Land boundaries are a key geographic featue in our mapping process.
GNIS: Military (2013)
공공데이터포털
The Geographic Names Information System (GNIS) is the Federal standard for geographic nomenclature. The U.S. Geological Survey developed the GNIS for the U.S. Board on Geographic Names, a Federal inter-agency body chartered by public law to maintain uniform feature name usage throughout the Government and to promulgate standard names to the public. The GNIS is the official repository of domestic geographic names data; the official vehicle for geographic names use by all departments of the Federal Government; and the source for applying geographic names to Federal electronic and printed products of all types. See http://geonames.usgs.gov for additional information.
MD iMAP: Maryland Archived Land Use Land Cover 1973
공공데이터포털
This is a MD iMAP hosted service. Find more information on http://imap.maryland.gov. This layer contains land use land cover information for the year 1973. The Land Use & Cover map and data is used to show development trends on the landscape in Maryland. The Maryland Department of Planning (MDP) created the first Land Use/Land Cover map in 1973 and updated it in 2002 and 2010. Stream Survey Data for Mixed Agricultural Streams in Pennsylvania and Maryland (2023)
공공데이터포털
U. S. Geological Survey (USGS) scientists completed a stream surveying campaign from the 3rd of April to the 21st of April in 2023 at 100-meter reaches throughout 30 streams throughout southern Pennsylvania and northern Maryland. In each stream reach, the following survey measurements were made or attempted: three representative channel cross sections, water surface elevation at the top and bottom of each reach, and longitudinal thalweg point data. The survey data will be used with additional geomorphological measurements and habitat information to assess habitat quality of these streams. Any use of trade, firm, or product names is for descriptive purposes only and does not imply endorsement by the U.S. Government.
Shoreline Mapping Program of CHESAPEAKE BAY, MIDDLE HOOPER ISLAND TO NANTICOKE RIVER, MD, MD0404B
공공데이터포털
These data provide an accurate high-resolution shoreline compiled from imagery of CHESAPEAKE BAY, MIDDLE HOOPER ISLAND TO NANTICOKE RIVER, MD . This vector shoreline data is based on an office interpretation of imagery that may be suitable as a geographic information system (GIS) data layer. This metadata describes information for both the line and point shapefiles. The NGS attribution scheme 'Coastal Cartographic Object Attribute Source Table (C-COAST)' was developed to conform the attribution of various sources of shoreline data into one attribution catalog. C-COAST is not a recognized standard, but was influenced by the International Hydrographic Organization's S-57 Object-Attribute standard so the data would be more accurately translated into S-57. This resource is a member of https://www.fisheries.noaa.gov/inport/item/39808
