Coal Mine Permit Boundaries
ESRI ArcView shapefile depicting New Mexico coal mines permitted under the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977 (SMCRA), by either the NM Mining & Minerals Division (MMD), or by the federal DOI Office of Surface Mining, Reclamation & Enforcement, as of October 2005. The permit boundaries of the mines are displayed as polygons; these boundaries were typically derived from source AutoCAD drawing (.dwg) files submitted to as part of the permitting process, and are known to contain some inaccuracies.

Post-Mining Land Use Designations at Coal Mining Operations
공공데이터포털
As described by ASTM D7780-12: This feature class contains polygons that depict post mining land use for a reclaimed Coal Mining Operation. This dataset consists of coalmining related features as described by ASTM D7780-12, "Standard Practice for Geospatial Data for Representing Coal Mining Features". These data are gathered using automated processes from participating coalmining regulatory authorities, which are generally state government agencies. The data from the various sources are transformed into common schemas as described by the ASTM Standard above. The resultant feature classes represent seamless information covering the coal producing areas of the United States. Development of these data are ongoing and will become more complete as more cooperating regulatory authorities are added to the GeoMine system.
Coal Refuse Disposal Areas
공공데이터포털
As described by ASTM D7780-12: This feature class contains polygons that depict the location of coal refuse disposal areas. They include, but are not limited to, slurry impoundments (including cross valley, diked, and incised impoundments), slurry cell structures, and coarse coal refuse structures. This dataset consists of coalmining related features as described by ASTM D7780-12, "Standard Practice for Geospatial Data for Representing Coal Mining Features". These data are gathered using automated processes from participating coalmining regulatory authorities, which are generally state government agencies. Mine Project Approval Boundary
공공데이터포털
The Project Approval Boundary spatial data set provides information on the location of the project approvals granted for each mine in NSW by an approval authority (either NSW Department of Planning or local Council). This information may not align to the mine authorisation (i.e. mine title etc) granted under the Mining Act 1992. This information is created and submitted by each large mine operator to fulfill the Final Landuse and Rehabilitation Plan data submission requirements required under Schedule 8A of the Mining Regulation 2016. The collection of this spatial data is administered by the Resources Regulator in NSW who conducts reviews of the data submitted for assessment purposes. In some cases, information provided may contain inaccuracies that require adjustment following the assessment process by the Regulator. The Regulator will request data resubmission if issues are identified. Further information on the reporting requirements associated with mine rehabilitation can be found at https://www.resourcesregulator.nsw.gov.au/rehabilitation/mine-rehabilitation. Find more information about the data at https://www.seed.nsw.gov.au/project-approvals-boundary-layer Any data related questions should be directed to nswresourcesregulator@service-now.com

Surface Coal Mine Operation Permit Boundaries
공공데이터포털
As described by ASTM D7780-12: This feature class contains polygons depicting boundaries of surface Coal Mining Operations and surface disturbance due to underground Coal Mining Operations. This dataset consists of coalmining related features as described by ASTM D7780-12, "Standard Practice for Geospatial Data for Representing Coal Mining Features". These data are gathered using automated processes from participating coalmining regulatory authorities, which are generally state government agencies. 공공데이터포털
These are shapefiles and coverages that outline the areas underlain by the A, B, C, and D coal zones in the Yampa coal field. They delimit the area within which resources were calculated and reported for each zone.
