Cockle/Green Macroalgae Field Survey Data (2014)
To quantify any spatial or temporal variability in cockle densities with respect to in situ GMA biomass in Yaquina Bay, OR, we conducted field surveys during consecutive daytime low tides (<0.46 m MLLW) in both June and August 2014, which provided a comparison between early and late summer. This dataset contains all data collected during those field surveys. This dataset is associated with the following publication: Lewis, N., and T. DeWitt. Effect of Green Macroalgal Blooms on the Behavior, Growth, and Survival of Cockles (Clinocardium nuttallii) in Pacific NW Estuaries. MARINE ECOLOGY PROGRESS SERIES. Inter-Research, Luhe, GERMANY, 582: 105-120, (2017).

Cockle Field Caging Experiment Data (2014)
공공데이터포털
To determine whether differences in cockle density or qualitative burial depth observed during the 2014 field survey were affected by green macroalgal (GMA) mats, we conducted a field caging experiment whereby cockles were subjected to the presence or absence of simulated GMA mats for 12 weeks (July-September 2014). This dataset contains all data collected during that field experiment.
Gulf Island National Seashore Breeding Bird Monitoring Data FY 2014
공공데이터포털
Data are part of the GULN Inventory and Monitoring Program Land bird monitoring project for GUIS. Data were collected by Mark Woodry through a cooperative agreement with GULN in 2014. Data were entered into the AKN avian database and export to Excel 2007 format by GULN data manager, Whitney Granger. A separate reference is available for the Field Sheets that accompanies this data set.
Data regarding the efficacy of management practices for controlling gull use of Common Tern nesting colonies
공공데이터포털
These data, which support a paired USGS publication, describe the efficacy of several management practices for reducing the presence of herring gulls in the nesting colonies of Common Terns. This data was collected on Poplar Island, located in the Chesapeake Bay portion of Maryland.
Gulf Island National Seashore Breeding Bird Monitoring Data FY 2013
공공데이터포털
Data are part of the GULN Inventory and Monitoring Program Land bird monitoring project for GUIS. Data were collected by Mark Woodry through a cooperative agreement with GULN in 20132. Data were entered into the USGS Breeding Bird Point Count database and export to Excel 2007 format by GULN data manager, Whitney Granger. A separate reference is available for the Field Sheets that accompanies this data set.

Argos and GPS Satellite Tracking Data for Three Large-Bodied Gull Species and Hybrids (Larus spp.) - Raw Data
공공데이터포털
This metadata document describes the data contained in the "rawData" folder of this data package. This data package contains all data collected by the Argos System from 6 satellite transmitters attached to Glaucous-winged gulls on Middleton Island and 42 Argos-linked GPS satellite transmitters attached to three species of large-bodied gulls (genus Larus) and hybrids thereof, captured at landfills in southcentral, western and northern Alaska. The transmitters carried GPS receivers, so GPS tracking data represent the backbone of this data release. However, because the GPS locations were communicated through the Argos System, a time series of Argos (Doppler) tracking data also exists and is included. Five data files are included in the "rawData" folder of this data package. Two data files (with identical content) contain the raw Argos DIAG (Diagnostic) data, one in the legacy verbose ASCII format and one in a tabular Comma Separate Value (CSV) format. Two other data files (with identical content) contain the raw Argos DS (Dispose) data, one in the legacy verbose ASCII format and one in a tabular CSV format. The fifth file, "deploymentAttributes", contains one record for each transmitter deployment in a CSV formatted table. The deployment attributes file contains information such as when the transmitter was attached to the animal, when tracking of a live animal ended, and a variety of variables describing the animal and transmitter. This table is identical to the "deploymentAttributes" table in the "processedData" folder of this data package.
