Examining Condom Brand Stocking and Availability in Tanzanian Retail Outlets

This study used a retail-audit approach to access the availability, price, and stocking patterns of commercial, socially-marketed, and free condoms in over 4,000 Tanzanian retail outlets located in 10 PEPFAR priority regions. Seven types of outlets were included in the study including: private pharmacies, accredited drug dispensing outlets, dukas, grocery stores, petrol stations, kiosks, and bars and nightclubs.
