This is a polygon coverage of 104th Congressional District boundaries obtained from the U.S. Bureau of the Census. The 103rd Congress was the first Congress that reflected the reapportionment and delineation of congressional districts based on the 1990 census. The next (104th) Congress reflects redelineation of districts that occurred for six states: Georgia, Louisiana, Maine, Minnesota, South Carolina, and Virginia. The Congressional District Summary File (118th Congress) (CD118) contains the data compiled from the questions asked of all people and about every housing unit in the 2020 Census. This product retabulates selected summary levels from the Demographic and Housing Characteristics File (DHC) for the 118th Congress and 2022 state legislative districts. Population items include age, sex, race, Hispanic or Latino origin, household type, family type, relationship to householder, group quarters population, housing occupancy and housing tenure (whether a housing unit is owner-occupied or renter-occupied).

L'Enfant Plan of Washington. The dataset contains polygons representing the L'Enfant Plan historic district, created as part of the DC Geographic Information System (DC GIS) for the D.C. Office of the Chief Technology Officer (OCTO) and participating D.C. government agencies. This district was identified from public records, including published maps and the National Register nomination form. It was created by buffering along the planimetric street centerline at specified distances, as referenced in the 1803 King Plats, ranging from 70 to 160 feet.
