Plankton taxonomy and water quality in the Tualatin River Basin to the west of Portland, Oregon, during the summers of 2018-21
Water-quality data and plankton samples were collected at multiple locations within the Fernhill Natural Treatment wetland and along the Tualatin River, located to the west of Portland, Oregon, during the summers of 2018, 2019 and 2020. Water quality parameters collected include water temperature, specific conductance, dissolved oxygen, pH, turbidity, chlorophyll, and blue green algae. Data were collected to better understand how water discharged from the upstream natural treatment wetland (Fernhill Wetlands) affect algal species and water quality in the Tualatin River.

Phytoplankton Data for Malheur Lake, Oregon, 2018-2020
공공데이터포털
Malheur Lake is a shallow, freshwater lake in southeastern Oregon. This data release includes phytoplankton data from three sites located in Malheur Lake collected from 8/8/2018 to 8/11/2020. For each sample collected, the phytoplankton were reported to the lowest taxonomic unit. Phytoplankton biovolume, algal cell concentration, and algal biomass concentration are included. All phytoplankton data were generated by PhycoTech, Inc. The dataset includes two comma-separated values (.csv) files and metadata. The first CSV file includes all of the taxonomic, biovolume, and density information. The second CSV file includes the 111 unique taxa identified.

Water Quality Data from Ponds on Bouldin Island in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta, California (ver. 2.0, February 2025)
공공데이터포털
This data release includes water quality and zooplankton data collected from ponds on Boudin Island in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta. Data were collected in the Bouldin East and Bouldin West ponds concurrently with a Delta Smelt Deployment Experiment which involved three cages in each pond with approximately 60 Delta Smelt (Hypomesus transpacificus) in each cage. There were two fish deployments, the first deployment was from 11/21/2022 to 01/04/2023 (~6 weeks) and the second was from 02/02/2023 to 05/03/2023 (~13 weeks). Temperature, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, specific conductance, salinity, chlorophyll, and pH were measured weekly. Water temperature was recorded continuously (15-minute sampling interval). Zooplankton were sampled weekly using a Schindler-Patalas 12L plankton trap with a 200mL Dolphin bucket with 61 micron stainless mesh. Water quality measurements and zooplankton samples were collected at a fixed station approximately 50 m from the cages. Additional discrete water quality measurements and zooplankton samples were collected inside the cages at week 0 and 3 during the first deployment and week 0, 3, and 12 during the second deployment.

Larval fish and water profile data from Lake Huron in 2017
공공데이터포털
These data consist of larval fish and water profile data collected with a nearshore to offshore transect approach at 9 transects throughout Lake Huron. Larval fish and their stomach contents were identified, enumerated, and measured (if possible) using a dissecting microscope. These data were used to calculate densities of potential fish prey items (what is available in the environment) and compare that to what the fishes ate for selectivity analysis. Larval fish age estimation based on daily growth rings from otoliths was also conducted. These data are in raw form. The water profile data were collected using a bathythermograph and bin-averaged at the 1 m level. Environmental prey data are available at the following address: https://doi.org/10.5066/p9bnqppm.
