Glider deployed near Calvert Island BC as part of the C-PROOF glider program. K-999 will fly up the west coast of Haida Gwaii to collect oceanographic data in the Offshore Haida Gwaii Network Zones and will be recovered at Calvert Island after roughly a month.

Southern line deployment - 4 transects approximately 400 km offshore of P4 perpendicular to the coast. Deployed from Bamfield. O2 with oxygen sensor deployed near tail so out of water for surfacings. O2 failed 2025-03-22 and was turned off.

Deployment from Calvert along Calvert Line. Goes from deep water Fitz Hugh Sound across Continental shelf to P16 approximately 300 km off shore of shelf break. Note oxygen not operational. We had a solo O2 sensor recording O2 for first two weeks that could be integrated.
