Hawaii Coral Reef Assessment and Monitoring Program (CRAMP) benthic data and still images from 2016-06-07 to 2016-08-09 on Maui (NCEI Accession 0222143)
This dataset consists of digital still images along coral reef transect lines, from which quantitative benthic data are derived from select images via PhotoGrid, a software package that analyzes random points on digital still images of coral reefs and substrate. The benthic data include substrate type and species identification. A total of 20 transects of the Hawaii Coral Reef Assessment and Monitoring Program (CRAMP) took place 2016-06-07 to 2016-08-09 at 10 sites on Maui. Only every other image was analyzed in PhotoGrid. Most sites consist of two transects along different isobaths-- shallow (~2-4m) and deep (~7-13m) lines. CRAMP has surveyed state-wide coral reefs quasi-annually since 1999 with all historic sets archived at NOAA/NESDIS/NCEI.

Hawaii Coral Reef Assessment and Monitoring Program (CRAMP): Benthic Data from Digital Still Images made in 2007 on Maui, Molokai, and Kauai (NODC Accession 0051060)
공공데이터포털
This dataset consists of CRAMP surveys taken in 2007 from 9 sites on Maui, 3 sites on Molokai, and 1 site on Kauai. Sites typical have two transects along different isobaths, shallow (~3m) and deep (~10m) lines. Quantitative estimates of substrate type and species were acquired. The types and coverages were derived objectively from photographic images using PhotoGrid, a software package which analyzes random points on digital still images of coral reefs and substrate. This dataset does not include the images from the transects, which have been provided to NOAA separately.
