EF TRI
공공데이터포털
EF_TRI is a subset of facilities from FRS_PROGRAM_FACILITY and associated best-available geospatial coordinates. Facility Registry Service (FRS) data are refrehsed daily. The layer shows only points from the TRIS (Toxics Release Inventory System) program.
EF NPL
공공데이터포털
EF_NPL is a subset of facilities from FRS_PROGRAM_FACILITY and associated best-available geospatial coordinates. Facility Registry Service (FRS) data are refrehsed daily. The layer shows only NPL (National Priority List) points from the SEMS (Superfund Enterprise Management System) database.
Chemical Data Reporting (CDR), 2012
공공데이터포털
This data download package contains the following map layers: CDR sites, CDR chemicals, and CDR commercial and industrial submissions. Layers are drawn at all scales. Included in this package are a file geodatabase, Esri ArcMap map document and XML files of this and layer-level metadata records. Full FGDC metadata records for each layer are also contained in the database. This dataset was procured for EPA through the Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics (OPPT).
RCRA Generators
공공데이터포털
EPA regulates hazardous waste under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) to ensure these wastes are managed in ways that protect human health and the environment. Generators of hazardous waste are regulated based on the amount of hazardous waste they generate in a calendar month, not the size of their business or facility. This data includes 5 categories of hazardous waste generators: LQG: Large Quantity Generators (LQGs), as part of EPA’s RCRAInfo system, generate 1,000 kilograms per month or more of hazardous waste or more than one kilogram per month of acutely hazardous waste. The data are extracted from RCRAInfo with the GENSTATUS flag that equals “LQG”. SQG: Small Quantity Generators (SQGs), as part of EPA’s RCRAInfo system, generate more than 100 kilograms, but less than 1,000 kilograms of hazardous waste per month. The data are extracted from RCRAInfo with the GENSTATUS flag that equals “SQG”. VSQG: Very Small Quantity Generators (VSQGs), as part of EPA’s RCRAInfo system, generate 100 kilograms or less per month of hazardous waste or one kilogram or less per month of acutely hazardous waste. The data are extracted from RCRAInfo with the GENSTATUS flag that equals “VSQG”. CEG: Conditionally Exempt Small Quantity Generators (CESQGs), as part of EPA’s RCRAInfo system, generate no more than 100 kilograms of hazardous waste per month. The data are extracted from RCRAInfo with the GENSTATUS flag that equals “CEG” (CEG is a standardized tag for CESQG in RCRAInfo database). TDSF: The Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facilities (TSDF) are the generators of EPA’s RCRAInfo system that generate, treat, store, and dispose of hazardous waste. The data are extracted from RCRAInfo with the ACTIVE_SITE flag that contains “P”.
Brownfields/IGD: EF ACRES
공공데이터포털
EF_ACRES is a subset of facilities from FRS_PROGRAM_FACILITY and associated best-available geospatial coordinates. Facility Registry Service (FRS) data are refreshed daily. The layer shows only points from the 'ACRES' (Assessment, Cleanup and Redevelopment Exchange System) program. The ACRES subset is updated weekly.
Chemical Data Release (CDR) Commercial Uses, 2012
공공데이터포털
This layer displays points of commercial uses extracted from the 2012 Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) database. The CDR database contains comprehensive use and exposure information on the most widely used chemicals in the United States. This layer is drawn at all scales and was procured for EPA through the Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics (OPPT).
Chemical Data Release (CDR) Chemicals per Site, 2012
공공데이터포털
This layer displays points of per site chemical use extracted from the 2012 Chemical Data Reporting (CDR) database. The CDR database contains comprehensive use and exposure information on the most widely used chemicals in the United States. This layer is drawn at all scales and was procured for EPA through the Office of Pollution Prevention and Toxics (OPPT).

EPA Facility Registry Service (FRS): ER RCRATSD
공공데이터포털
This web feature service contains location and facility identification information from EPA's Facility Registry System (FRS) for the subset of facilities that link to the Risk Management Plan (RMP) database. RMP stores the risk management plans reported by companies that handle, manufacture, use, or store certain flammable or toxic substances, as required under section 112(r) of the Clean Air Act (CAA). FRS identifies and geospatially locates facilities, sites or places subject to environmental regulations or of environmental interest. Using vigorous verification and data management procedures, FRS integrates facility data from EPA's national program systems, other federal agencies, and State and tribal master facility records and provides EPA with a centrally managed, single source of comprehensive and authoritative information on facilities. This data set contains the subset of FRS integrated facilities that link to RMP facilities once the RMP data has been integrated into the FRS database. Additional information on FRS is available at the EPA website https://www.epa.gov/enviro/facility-registry-service-frs. These data are considered sensitive and are restricted to internal use only. The download file and map service are accessible only on the EPA intranet. EPA Category: Mission Sensitive, NARA Category: Critical Infrastructure.
