CS is the foundation infrastructure that hosts and supports services and provides the Microservice Architecture platform for USCIS. The service enables real-time information sharing between enterprise applications within USCIS, DHS, external government agencies and trading partners through the old and new platform. Modernization is accomplished with little or no modifications to the connected systems and serves as the primary means for Enterprise APIs services for USCIS. Includes CI/CD pipeline, monitoring, devops dashboard, 4300 A compliant audit service.
Data Exchanges and Verifications Online (DEVO)

DEVO is the back-end application for processing SSN verifications and data exchanges. DEVO uses modern technology for parameter driven processing of both batch and real time requests. DEVO provides the capability for SSA to accurately and rapidly respond to customized requests, legislative mandates, and court orders. Legacy verification and data exchange applications (Enumeration Verification System (EVS), Numident Online Verification Utility (NOVU), State Verification Exchange System (SVES), and State Online Query System (SOLQ) are methodically being reengineered into DEVO, which will make use of reusable, flexible software. DEVO interfaces with the Verification Account Management System (VAMS) to determine account status, obtain processing parameters, and store transaction counts for Management Information (MI).

Customer Profile Management System Support Services (CPMS SS) enables USCIS to maintain a repository of the cards, booklets, and encounter data and to expose this data to subscribing systems. It decreases benefit applicant burden by reducing the need to have their fingerprints taken multiple times and facilitates information sharing with other agencies. CPMS SS improves risk and eligibility decisions by increasing the quantity, quality, and timeliness of information available to adjudicators.
