EPA Facility Registry Service (FRS): NCDB
This web feature service contains location and facility identification information from EPA's Facility Registry Service (FRS) for the subset of facilities that link to the National Compliance Database (NCDB). The NCDB supports implementation of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) and the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA). FRS identifies and geospatially locates facilities, sites or places subject to environmental regulations or of environmental interest. Using vigorous verification and data management procedures, FRS integrates facility data from EPA's national program systems, other federal agencies, and State and tribal master facility records and provides EPA with a centrally managed, single source of comprehensive and authoritative information on facilities. This data set contains the subset of FRS integrated facilities that link to NCDB facilities once the NCDB data has been integrated into the FRS database. Additional information on FRS is available at the EPA website https://www.epa.gov/enviro/facility-registry-service-frs.

Section 8 (b) of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) requires EPA to compile, keep current and publish a list of each chemical substance that is manufactured or processed, including imports, in the United States for uses under TSCA. Also called the "TSCA Inventory" or simply "the Inventory," it plays a central role in the regulation of most industrial chemicals in the United States. EPA Facility Registry Service (FRS): RBLC
공공데이터포털
This web feature service contains location and facility identification information from EPA's Facility Registry Service (FRS) for the subset of facilities that link to the RACT/BACT/LAER Clearinghouse (RBLC). The RBLC database contains case-specific information on the air pollution technologies that have been required to reduce the emission of air pollutions from stationary sources. RACT, or Reasonably Available Control Technology, is required on existing sources in areas that are not meeting national ambient air quality standards. BACT, or Best Available Control Technology, is required on major new or modified sources in clean areas. LAER, or Lowest Achievable Emission Rate, is required on major new or modified sources in non-attainment areas. 공공데이터포털
This web feature service contains location and facility identification information from EPA's Facility Registry Service (FRS) for the subset of facilities that are listed on the Superfund National Priorities List (NPL). The NPL lists national priorities among the known releases or threatened releases of hazardous substances, pollutants, or contaminants throughout the United States. The NPL is recorded in the Superfund Enterprise Management System (SEMS), which serves as a comprehensive tracking and reporting tool, providing data on the inventory of active and archived hazardous waste sites evaluated by the Superfund program. It contains sites that are either proposed to be, or are on, the National Priorities List (NPL) as well as sites that are in the screening and assessment phase for possible inclusion on the NPL.
