LacI protein genotype-phenotype landscape data
공공데이터포털
This data table contains the processed data for the LacI genotype-phenotype landscape, a quantitative measurement of the phenotype for approximately 60,000 variants of the E. coli LacI protein. The table includes, for example, the DNA barcode sequencing counts and the estimated fitness for each variant across 24 different chemical environments. It also includes the estimated dose-response curves for each variant under induction with IPTG.

Quantitative Metagenomics Benchmarking Experiment Data Set
공공데이터포털
To assess the variability of low-abundance oligonucleotide detection across sample matrices, we spiked DNA reference standards (meta sequins) into replicate wastewater DNA extracts at logarithmically decreasing mass-to-mass percentages (m/m%) and deeply sequenced them on the Illumina platform. This dataset summarizes the experimental conditions and results of the detection frequencies of those oligonucleotides as well as detailed descriptions of the DNA reference standards used. This dataset is associated with the following publication: Davis, B., P. Vikesland, and A. Pruden. Evaluating Quantitative Metagenomics for Environmental Monitoring of Antibiotic Resistance and Establishing Detection Limits. ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY. Angus Sequence Data: Animal 44718
공공데이터포털
,Whole genome sequence data for Bovidae Bos taurus - beef Angus. The data is in "fastq" format.,The National Animal Germplasm Program has germplasm for this animal, with the repository number 44718.,There are two versions of each file because we did paired end sequencing. There are two reads for each of the 210 data lines (a forward and a reverse read) summing to 420 total. A diagram of this is provided in the Collection Dataset . In the diagram, the two reads would correspond to read 1 and read 3.,Resources in this dataset:,Resource Title: Animal 44718 Sequence Data - SCINet.File Name: Web Page, url: https://app.globus.org/file-manager?origin_id=904c2108-90cf-11e8-9672-0a6d4e044368&origin_path=/LTS/ADCdatastorage/NAL/published/node32137/,tar file containing 14 files.
