The Imagine Austin Comprehensive Plan was adopted in 2012. It functions as a guide for prioritizing Austin‘s growth over the next 30 years. The Plan encourages development and infrastructure investment in activity centers and corridors in support of the creation of complete and compact communities. This measure helps the City understand where commercial development activity is happening in the context of the priorities established by the Plan.
