Improvement Grant Sites
This map layer contains point locations that represent Bloomington Improvement Grant Sites that are tracked by the Housing and Neighborhood Development Department. While the improvement grants usually are associated with an official Bloomington neighborhood association, there are some instances where the grant sites fall outside those areas and need to be noted and mapped on their own.

,The Louisville Neighborhoods layer consists of polygons representing approximate boundaries and extents of historical and cultural neighborhoods within the pre-merger limits of the City of Louisville, or post-merger Urban Service District. Each polygon carries attributes for neighborhood name and code. The names and boundaries are based on a federal urban neighborhood mapping grant from the late 1970's. This map data layer contains intersection points with traffic signals inside the City of Bloomington, Indiana. It is a subset of the Intersections data set. It also contains signals outside the City of Bloomington and inside the city that are maintained by other agencies. The data set includes traditional traffic signals along with pedestrian hawk signals. Information on signals not maintained by the City of Bloomington may not be accurate or maintained as timely as City managed intersections.
