Integrated cell culture RT quantitative PCR and UV disinfection dataset
This dataset includes the standard curves for ICCRTqPCR to convert the assay quantities to the concentrations of infectious viruses and all the calculations on inactivation rate constants. 질병관리청 신종병원체분석과에서 제공하는 해당 데이터는 2021년부터 2025년까지의 인플루엔자와 호흡기세포융합바이러스 검출률을 정리한 자료로, 병원체, 년도, 연령, 검출률 컬럼으로 구성되어 있습니다. 병원체는 인플루엔자와 호흡기세포융합바이러스 두 가지로 구분되며, 년도는 2021년부터 2025년까지로 나뉩니다. 연령대는 0-6세, 7-12세, 13-18세, 19-64세, 65세 이상으로 총 5개의 그룹으로 분류됩니다. 검출률은 전체 수집된 검체 중 양성 반응이 나온 비율로, 퍼센트 값으로 나타냅니다.* 2025년도 검출률은 43주차까지 산출된 값입니다.
