Mangrove Data Collected from J.N. "Ding" Darling National Wildlife Refuge, Sanibel Island, Florida, United States
공공데이터포털
Mangrove inventory data from J.N. Ding Darling National Wildlife Refuge, Sanibel Island, Florida, USA collected in 2016 and 2017. Plot data includes X and Y downed dead wood count, mangrove species information and site descriptions. Tree data includes the three species found on the refuge: Avicennia germinans (Black mangroves), Laguncularia racemosa (White mangroves) and Rhizophora mangle (Red mangroves). They were inventoried for diameter at breast height (DBH), height, and dead status.
Mangrove Monitoring Data: Mangroves of Bajo Yuna and Los Corozos - Samana Bay - Dominican Republic 2017
공공데이터포털
This data set contains biological information from important coastal mangrove areas situated at the border of, or near the targeted seascapes of the Caribbean Marine Biodiversity Program (CMBP). The data covers: raw species density, diameter at breast height, canopy cover and average heights; GIS data on all locations where data was collected. Targeted seascapes and corresponding countries include: 1) The Mangroves of Bajo Yuna and Los Corozos - Samana Bay - Dominican Republic 2) The Mangroves of Protected Area of Three Bays - Haiti This file reports data on mangroves of Bajo Yuna and Los Corozos in Samana Bay, Dominican Republic. The two datasets, "data" and "density" together describe each area.

Accumulation of carbon in mangroves of Malaysia
공공데이터포털
The flux of organic material between land, ocean and atmosphere was estimated for three different aged previously logged forests. Sediment nitrogen and carbon flows are described in relation to forest production.Biomass and productivity of forests were estimated by DBH and modified light interception method. Sediment accumulation rates were estimated from gamma spectrometric measurements of soil profiles. Oxygen, carbon dioxide, methane, dissolved nutrient fluxes were estimated from glasss incubation chambers. Sediment, leaf and rainwater nutrient pools were estimated by auto-analyser. Sulphate reduction, nitrogen fixation and denitrification rates were estimated in mangrove soils. To estimate the contribution of mangroves in the accumulation and flux of organic carbon in tropical mangrove systems.
CMS: LiDAR Data for Mangrove Forests in the Zambezi River Delta, Mozambique, 2014
공공데이터포털
This data set provides high-resolution LiDAR point cloud data collected during surveys over mangrove forests in the Zambezi River Delta in Mozambique in May 2014. The data are arranged into 144 1- by 1-km tiles.
Soil and pneumatophore CO2 flux data by nutrient treatment (N, P) for mangroves of Ding Darling NWR, Sanibel Island, Florida (2020)
공공데이터포털
This study evaluated CO2 flux from soils and pneumatophores of Avicennia germinans mangrove trees subjected to nitrogen and phosphorus fertilization versus an unfertilized control with a basin mangrove ecosystem. Data were collected twice, once in the summer (June 2020) and once in the winter (November 2020) and will be used to help develop a carbon budget for basin mangroves on Sanibel Island, Florida. These data were presented as part of an M.S. Thesis (Florida Atlantic University, Natalie T. Faron, 2021), entitled “The impact of nutrient loading on the soil and root respiration rates of Florida mangroves”.

Greenness Trends and Carbon Stocks of Mangrove Forests Across Mexico, 2001-2015
공공데이터포털
This dataset provides estimates of greenness trends, above- and belowground carbon stocks, and climate variables of the persistent mangrove forests on the coasts of Mexico (PMFM) at a 1 km resolution from 2001 through 2015. Data are available as one-time estimates or across the temporal range; typically as monthly summaries. One-time estimates of aboveground carbon and soil organic carbon stocks for the PMFM derived from existing sources are provided. Also included are the monthly mean normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI) from MOD13A3 used to derive greenness trends, monthly mean air temperature, and total monthly precipitation from Daymet for 2001-2015 across the PMFM. Other files include the distribution and coverage of PMFM across Mexico. Distributions are provided as four categories of PMFM: (1) Arid mangroves with Surface Water as main input, along the Gulf of California and Pacific Coast (ARsw); (2) humid mangroves with surface water input along the Pacific Coast (HUsw-Pa); (3) humid mangroves with surface water input along the coast of the Gulf of Mexico (HUsw-Gf); (4) humid mangroves with groundwater input along the Gulf of Mexico and Caribbean Sea (HUgw). These data provide a baseline for national monitoring programs, carbon accounting models, and greenness trends in coastal wetlands.
