ePulse is an application that the Vermont Service Center (VSC) uses to perform administrative functions such as a Continuity of Operations (COOP) program, workflow planning and distribution, human resources operations, and telework operations. ePulse will store employee-related data such as address and contact information, assignment details, and other types of data used to complete human resources forms such as the Standard Form (SF)-52, Request for Personnel Action. ePulse does not actually contain SF-52 forms - only data that can be used to populate a SF-52. ePulse uses a role based system that limits access to enter, view, or edit information.

OCHCO VPE provides standardized DHS enterprise HR reporting. EIE provides O&M support, vendor management & customer service across DHS for enterprise-wide systems & services and the Enterprise Information Environment (EIE). The goal of HCBS - EIE is to develop a data repository from the combine data from the independent systems that can be used to: Establish authoritative source for each data element that is common across the enterprise. Develop an integrated data model for the HR Enterprise. Provide a central mechanism for data interchange between the component systems to improve data integrity and availability. Establish a platform to support common reporting capabilities for all applications within the HR Enterprise. Establish a platform to support Enterprise HR Reporting, allowing reporting to transcend application domains.
