The invention relates to a cooling device ( 1 ) for cooling an item to be cooled, especially for use in the examination, handling and processing of cryogenic samples. The device includes a cooling compartment ( 3 ) for receiving the item to be cooled, an inner wall defining the cooling compartment ( 3 ), an outer wall, a space between the outer wall and the inner wall, and a coolant feed line ( 11 ) for feeding a coolant. According to the invention, the coolant feed line ( 11 ) leads into the space between the inner wall and the outer wall and feeds the coolant into the space, the inner wall being permeable for the coolant.

The invention relates to a method for the direct cooling of reaction media. Said method is characterised in that a suitable liquid gas, which acts as a coolant, is introduced below the surface of the reaction mixture.

A heat exchanger of a ventilating system includes: heat exchange plates having first air passage through which indoor air being discharged to outside of a building passes and a second air passage through which outdoor air being introduced to the interior of the building passes which are sequentially formed: first corrugation plates attached to the first air passage; and second corrugation plates attached to the second air passage, wherein the heat exchange plates are made of a paper material with numerous fine holes that are able to generate a capillary phenomenon and loess which radiates far infrared ray. The invention relates to an air-cooled combustion chamber wall for combustion furnaces. The combustion chamber wall comprises at least one masonry wall with a space in the middle for the passage of cooling air along the side of the wall away from the combustion chamber side. To create a simple, stable and effective structure, the invention proposes that the masonry be made of bricks, whose walls enclose at least one air duct.

A cooled electronic assembly includes an integrated-circuit device carrier (such as a printed circuit board), a device (such as a flip chip), a liquid pump, a molding material, a heat exchanger, and a cover. The device and the liquid pump are electrically connected to the integrated-circuit device carrier. The invention relates to a rotating electrical machine assembly (2) for a motor vehicle. The invention comprises a rotor (6) surrounded by a stator (5) which is solidly connected to a spacer (61) that is disposed between the casing (62) of the engine of the motor vehicle having a crankshaft (11) and a dome (14). The invention is characterised in that the dome (14) is used to house the casing (3) of a hydrokinetic coupling device comprising an axially-projecting centring nozzle (30) with a closed free end. Moreover, the invention is characterised in that a first drive unit (12) connects the crankshaft (11) of the engine of the vehicle to a hollow rigid support (13) bearing the rotor (6) and in that a second drive unit (15, 4) is connected to the casing (3) of the hydrokinetic coupling device. The invention is further characterised in that: said two drive units (12, 15) are interconnected by means of a link comprising complementary forms (241, 341) consisting of an axially-oriented contour (241) which is supported by the first drive unit (12)and which co-operates in a complementary manner with an axially-oriented counter contour (341) which is supported by the second drive unit (15, 4), and in that the contour and the counter contour penetrate the support.
