Tracks pesticide enforcement litigation, cases and dockets.

This Data release presents results for pesticide constituents in 460 samples collected from domestic and public-supply wells in August 2013-May 2018 for the California Groundwater Ambient Monitoring and Assessment Program Priority Basin Project (GAMA-PBP). The samples were analyzed for 225 pesticide constituents on USGS National Water Quality Laboratory analytical schedule 2437. Results from quality-control samples collected with the environmental samples and results from laboratory quality-control samples were used to re-process the data to meet project data-quality objectives. The data release includes the final approved results tabulated by result and by sample, the original and final values for results affected by the quality-control re-processing, ancillary and summary information about the pesticide constituents, and results from field replicate and field blank samples.

This dataset contains pesticide and pharmaceutical results (including maximum and median summaries) collected in the Southeast Region of the United States, 2015-17. Water-quality and bed-sediment results are reported. Samples were analyzed at the National Water Quality Laboratory, Denver, Colorado and the Organic Chemistry Research Laboratory, Sacramento, California. Method and site information is also included. Exposure Activity Ratios were also calculated using ToxCast (https://www.epa.gov/chemical-research/toxcast-dashboard).

This dataset represents the pesticide use within individual, local NHDPlusV2 catchments and upstream, contributing watersheds. Attributes of the landscape layer were calculated for every local NHDPlusV2 catchment and accumulated to provide watershed-level metrics. This data set is derived from 219, 1-kilometer (km) resolution grids depicting estimated agricultural use of each pesticide in the conterminous United States. Each grid cell value in the national grids of this dataset is the estimated total kilograms (kg) of pesticides applied to row crops, small grain crops and fallow land, pasture and hay crops, and orchard and vineyard crops within the 1- by 1-km area. A single raster was produced using the Raster Calculator Tool adding all 219 grids to form the landscape layer for analysis. (see Data Sources for links to NHDPlusV2 data and USGS Data). The (kilograms of pesticides/square kilometer) was summarized by local catchment and by watershed to produce local catchment-level and watershed-level metrics as a continuous data type.
