This data set pertains to all types of plumbing and mechanical permits. Data includes details on application/permit numbers, job addresses, supervisorial districts, and the current status of the applications. Data is uploaded weekly by DBI. Users can access permit information online through DBI’s Permit Tracking System which is 24/7 at www.sfdbi.org/dbipts.

Building, Electrical, Mechanical, and Plumbing Permits and Driveway/Sidewalk Permits issued by the City of Austin. Includes relevant details such as issue date, location, council district, expiration date, description of work, square footage, valuation, and units. This dataset is compliant with the Building & Land Development Specification (BLDS) data standard. ,This dataset contains information on building permit applications in the Town of Cary. This file is created from the Town of Cary permit application data. It has been created to conform to the BLDS open data specification for building permit data (permitdata.org). In the Town of Cary, a permit application may result in the creation of several permits. Rows in this table represent applications for permits, not individual permits. Individual permits may be released as a separate dataset. With the exception of a few fields, we have applied all of the required and preferred fields of the required dataset for permits. Note: Starting on 12/10/2024 this dataset will only publish new records (rows) that are added and update any existing records that have updated information. New and updated records can be identified by using the data_as_of and data_loaded_at fields.
