This dataset contains crime reports from the City of Somerville Police Department's records management system from 2017 to present. Each data point represents an incident, which may involve multiple offenses (the most severe offense is provided here).,Incidents deemed sensitive by enforcement agencies are included in the data set but are stripped of time or location information to protect the privacy of victims. For these incidents, only the year of the offense is provided.,This data set is refreshed daily with data appearing with a one-month delay (for example, crime reports from 1/1 will appear on 2/1). NOTE: Legislation has increased the types of information collected regarding stops. These changes took effect on July 1, 2018 and are reflected in the data sets LAPD RIPA (AB 953) STOP Incident Details from 7/1/2018 to Present & LAPD RIPA (AB 953) STOP Person Detail from 7/1/2018 to Present. This data set has been limited to show data from 2010 thru June 30, 2018 which was using the legacy requirements. This dataset reflects incidents of a vehicle or pedestrian being stopped by the Los Angeles Police Department in the City of Los Angeles dating back to 2010. This data is transcribed from original stop reports that are typed on paper and therefore there may be some inaccuracies within the data. This data is as accurate as the data in the database. This dataset includes the City of Frederick code enforcement violations from 1/1/14 to 6/6/14. This dataset is no longer being updated, but if there is demand to keep updating it then please contact the Open Data Portal Team.

This dataset reflects the daily volume of violations created by the City of Chicago Red Light Program for each camera. The data reflects violations that occurred from July 1, 2014 until present, minus the most recent 14 days. This data may change due to occasional time lags between the capturing of a potential violation and the processing and determination of a violation. The most recent 14 days are not shown due to revised data being submitted to the City of Chicago during this period. The reported violations are those that have been collected by the camera system and reviewed by two separate City contractors. In some instances, due to the inability the registered owner of the offending vehicle, the violation may not be issued as a citation. However, this dataset contains all violations regardless of whether a citation was actually issued, which provides an accurate view into the Red Light Program. Because of occasional time lags between the capturing of a potential violation and the processing and determination of a violation, as well as the occasional revision of the determination of a violation, this data may change.
