Aquatic Macroinvertebrates of NSW (1994 - ongoing)
공공데이터포털
The dataset contains information on aquatic macroinvertebrates that has been collected under the Monitoring River Health Project (1994-2000), the Sustainable Rivers Audit (2002-2012) and the Monitoring Evaluating and Reporting (MER) program (2006 ongoing) across the whole of NSW. The data were collected using the AUSRIVAS protocols (available at http://ausrivas.canberra.edu.au/Bioassessment/Macroinvertebrates/) which includes in situ water quality measurements, site habitat assessment and macroinvertebrate data. The dataset has a latitude and longitude and site access information for every sample site.

Streams Ecological Integrity (SEI) Macroinvertebrates Data for the Rocky Mountain Network (ROMN): 2007-2022 – Data Package
공공데이터포털
Streams Ecological Integrity (SEI) Macroinvertebrate data package at Glacier National Park, Grant-Kohrs Ranch Historical Site, Little Bighorn Battlefield National Monument and Rocky Mountain National Park 2007-2022. The macroinvertebrate data package contains two datasets: 1) all macroinvertebrate data across all sites and events, 2) the site and event data for all sampling events in this study. Macroinvertebrate, or benthos, data is collected by the Rocky Mountain Network (ROMN) for long term monitoring at streams monitoring sites. Macroinvertebrate data is one monitoring component within the Streams Ecological Integrity monitoring protocol. The general objectives of SEI monitoring are to document the status and long-term trends in ecological condition of streams and rivers in a park, and to use this information to help understand why stream conditions may have changed. Resource managers may, in turn, use information from SEI monitoring to make resource management decisions within their parks.
Macroinvertebrates from Rivers in Northwest Alaska, 2015-2019
공공데이터포털
This dataset contains taxonomic information, counts, and lengths of macroinvertebrates collected from rivers in northwest Alaska using drift and kick nets during summer and fall 2015-2019.
Macroinvertebrates from Streams and Springs in the 1002 Region of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, Alaska, 2021
공공데이터포털
This dataset includes tables related to macroinvertebrate collections in streams and springs of the 1002 region of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge in northeastern Alaska. Macroinvertebrates were collected using kicknets and driftnets in April and August with the goal of comparing populations to those sampled from the same water bodies by the USGS in the 1970s.
