The Office of Outreach, Education and Assistance (OEA) of EBSA provides service to EBSA’s customers by means of outreach, education & technical assistance. OEA is responsible for external communications with the public through a variety of vehicles including the media, public outreach, brochures, other educational materials, national educational campaigns, public service announcements, EBSA’s web site, and participant and compliance assistance activities. The automated system that is used to track and manage the inquiries.
