Tropical Atmosphere Ocean (TAO) Moored Buoy Array
공공데이터포털
Mooring data from the TAO buoy array between 1992 and 2002.
Oceanographic, biological, and meteorological data collected as part of the World Climate Research Program (WCRP) Tropical Ocean Global Atmosphere (TOGA) project from 1907 to 1998
공공데이터포털
This collection contains in situ oceanographic measurements and parameters including profile and meteorological data. Specific measurements and parameters include in situ barometric pressure; current; water depth; sea surface, air and dew-point temperature; absolute and relative humidity; cloud, wind and wave parameters; salinity; nutrients; chlorophyll; phaeophytin values; carbon fixation and productivity index. Data were collected from drifting buoys, from ships, and from satellites. The data were collected as part of the World Climate Research Program (WCRP) Tropical Ocean Global Atmosphere (TOGA) project. The data were processed by NODC and are currently available in NODC F156 Drifting Buoy Data file format, NODC F015 Ocean Currents Data file format, NODC standard Universal Bathythermograph Output (UBT) format, and other formats.
Water temperature, salinity, and surface meteorology measurements collected from the Tropical Moored Buoys Array in the equatorial oceans from 1977-11-03 to 2025-06-30 (NCEI Accession 0078936)
공공데이터포털
This dataset contains text files from the The Global Tropical Moored Buoy Array Program, a multi-national effort to provide data in real-time for climate research and forecasting. Major components include the TAO/TRITON (Tropical Atmosphere Ocean) array in the Pacific, PIRATA (Prediction and Research Moored Array in the Atlantic) in the Atlantic, and RAMA (Research Moored Array for African-Asian-Australian Monsoon Analysis and Prediction) in the Indian Ocean. The Global Tropical Moored Buoy Array Program is a contribution to the Global Ocean Observing System (GOOS), Global Climate Observing System (GCOS), and the Global Earth Observing System of Systems (GEOSS). Data in this submission are updated every three months: January, April, July, and October, and include daily sub-surface profiles of water temperature, salinity, and surface meteorological observations.
Oceanographic temperature and salinity profiles from moored buoys in the Equatorial Pacific, Atlantic, and Indian Oceans as part of the TAO, PIRATA, and RAMA buoy array projects from 2010-10-01 to 2010-12-31 (NCEI Accession 0069619)
