TSA FOIA Archive
The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requires FOIA reading Rooms contain four distinct categories of records. The four categories of Reading Room records are: 1) final opinions and orders made in the adjudication of cases; 2) specific agency policy statements; 3) administrative staff manuals and instructions to staff that affect a member of the public; and 4) records disclosed in response to a FOIA request that the agency determines have become or are likely to become the subject of subsequent requests for substantially the same records. Freedom of Information Act Archive includes TSA FOIA documents prior to May 2017.

공공데이터포털
"The Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. § 552, was enacted in 1966 and provides that any person has a right, enforceable in court, to obtain access to federal agency records, except to the extent that any portions of such records are protected from public disclosure by one of nine exemptions or by one of three special law enforcement record exclusions. The FOIA thus established a statutory right of public access to Executive Branch information in the federal government. Report on Operation of FOI Act - 2013-14
공공데이터포털
Division 3, Part VII of the Freedom of Information Act 1982 requires the Freedom of Information Commissioner to publish a report, each year, detailing the operation of the FOI Act during that year. In order to do this, the FOI Commissioner conducts an annual survey of all Victorian agencies subject to the FOI Act, asking them to provide statistics on their FOI activity. The data in this dataset was collected from Victorian agencies to complete the 2013-14 annual report. The statistics provided here have been identified, collated and reported by each agency. Agencies are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided. Any discrepancies or queries should be directed to the relevant agency in the first instance.
