Unified Field Study 2 (UFS-2)
공공데이터포털
The Unified Field Studies (UFS), established by the Algae Testbed Public-Private Partnership (ATP3), produced data on the effect of environmental and process conditions on algal growth rates and algal composition. The goal of the second Unified Field Study (UFS-2), performed April to May 2014, was to generate a robust inter-testbed dataset in algal biomass and lipid productivity and yield for the algal strain Nannochloropsis oceanica KA32 as a function of different regional, and environmental conditions among sites by controlling non-geographical-related variables including production systems, production process and protocols, system scale, and algae strain. 공공데이터포털
The Unified Field Studies (UFS), established by the Algae Testbed Public-Private Partnership (ATP3), produced data on the effect of environmental and process conditions on algal growth rates and algal composition. The goal of the fifth Unified Field Study (UFS-5), performed December 2014 to March 2015, was to generate a robust inter-testbed dataset in algal biomass and lipid productivity and yield for two algal strains (Nannochloropsis oceanica KA32 and Chlorella vulgaris LRB-AZ-1201) as a function of different regional, and environmental conditions among sites by controlling non-geographical-related variables including production systems, production process and protocols, system scale, and algae strain. This experiment also compared the effect on productivity of three harvests per week with multiple dilution rates vs. one harvest per week with one dilution rate. 공공데이터포털
The Unified Field Studies (UFS), established by the Algae Testbed Public-Private Partnership (ATP3), produced data on the effect of environmental and process conditions on algal growth rates and algal composition. The goal of the third Unified Field Study (UFS-3), performed June to September 2014, was to generate a robust inter-testbed dataset in algal biomass and lipid productivity and yield for two different algal strains (Nannochloropsis oceanica KA32 and Chlorella vulgaris LRB-AZ-1201) as a function of different regional, and environmental conditions among sites by controlling non-geographical-related variables including production systems, production process and protocols, system scale, and algae strain. In UFS-3 we compared the effect on productivity of three harvests per week with multiple dilution rates vs. one harvest per week with one dilution rate using both algal strains. Unified Field Study 6 (UFS-6)
공공데이터포털
The Unified Field Studies (UFS), established by the Algae Testbed Public-Private Partnership (ATP3), produced data on the effect of environmental and process conditions on algal growth rates and algal composition. The goal of the sixth Unified Field Study (UFS-6), performed March to June 2015, was to generate a robust inter-testbed dataset in algal biomass and lipid productivity and yield for Nannochloropsis oceanica KA32 and Chlorella vulgaris LRB-AZ-1201 as a function of different regional and environmental conditions among sites by controlling non-geographical-related variables including production systems, production processes, and protocols. The UFS-6 Experiment consisted of two parts. First, a direct comparison of two dilution rates (0.11 and 0.214 per day) with Chlorella vulgaris LRB-AZ-1201 was performed followed by experimentation on optimal nitrogen sources for Nannochloropsis oceanica KA32. For more information about the UFS experiments see the reference resources 0.0 UFS-1 Experiment OpenEI Wiki Page, 0.1 ATP3 OpenEI Wiki Page, 0.2 Report on the Use of ATP3 UFS Data below, and 0.3 ATP3 UFS Journal Article.

공공데이터포털
The Unified Field Studies (UFS), established by the Algae Testbed Public-Private Partnership (ATP3), produced data on the effect of environmental and process conditions on algal growth rates and algal composition. The goal of the seventh Unified Field Study (UFS-7), performed June to July 2015, was to provide baseline dilution rate/strain performance evaluation for this new strain (C046). The UFS-7 Experiment was a direct comparison of two dilution rates (0.11 and 0.214 per day) with the algal species Desmodesmus intermedius C046. Cladophora biomass and supporting data collected in the Great Lakes, 2022
공공데이터포털
This dataset records Cladophora and associated benthic algae, collectively Cladophora community or submerged aquatic vegetation (SAV), biomass collected during the growing season of 2022 at stations located along the U.S. shoreline of Lakes Michigan, Huron, Erie, and Ontario. It also records a variety of supporting data collected at Cladophora measurement stations. These supporting data include: - seasonal time series of light, currents, wave action, temperature, specific conductivity, turbidity, pH, phycocyanin, chlorophyll, and dissolved oxygen from moored sensors at a subset of stations; - measurements of Secchi disk depth and water chemistry; - water column profiles of PAR, temperature, specific conductivity, turbidity, pH, phycocyanin, chlorophyll, and dissolved oxygen; - diver observations of SAV, dreissenid mussels, round goby abundance, and substrate properties; - measurements of dreissenid mussel abundance and size class distribution coincident with SAV biomass; - nutrient content of SAV, dreissenid mussels, and sediments; - and information about sampling locations and operations. Similar data were collected at several of the same transects within four Great Lakes in 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 are available at (2018) https://doi.org/10.5066/P9E570JS, (2019) https://doi.org/10.5066/P99O4QXB, (2020) https://doi.org/10.5066/P9O9FSTT, and (2021) https://doi.org/10.5066/P9449EUF.
