This report contains data on USAID's new partners. A new partner is an entity that has not received funding since FY 2007. The report calculates the first obligation a new partner receives in a given fiscal year. The report includes program funded unilateral obligations and sub-obligations totaling more than $10,000, and excludes obligations to individuals. The data include annual reports for the fiscal years 2010-2018, and will include quarterly updates thereafter.
