공공데이터포털
URL: https://geoscience.data.qld.gov.au/dataset/cr120222 Prior to the granting of EPM18548 to Byerwen Coal, no previous metals exploration activity had been undertaken within the permit area. EPM18548 is considered prospective for a variety of mineralisation styles. Work in the current reporting period included further geological review of EPM18548 incorporating the information from the 2017-18 sampling work. As a result of the review a total of 14 subblocks were identified as having limited prospectivity and relinquished, effective 10 April 2019.

GSQOpenData@resources.qld.gov.au - EPM17143 BROUGHTON CREEK SOUTH WEST ANNUAL ACTIVITY REPORT FOR PERIOD ENDING 16 DECEMBER 2014
공공데이터포털
URL: https://geoscience.data.qld.gov.au/dataset/cr132600 Exploration Permit for Minerals (EPM) 17143 Broughton Creek South West covering 4 sub-blocks was granted 17th December 2009 for a period of three years to CNW Pty Ltd. On 15th November 2010, EPM 17143 was assigned 100% to Broughton Minerals Pty Ltd, a company affiliated with CNW Pty Ltd. A joint-venture agreement including EPM 17143 was signed with Orion Metals Limited over several Broughton Creek project tenements held by CNW Pty Ltd in September 2011. Broughton Orion Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Orion Metals Limited acts as the operator for the permit, relinquished two unprospective sub-blocks from EPM 17143 on 10th January 2013. Broughton Minerals Pty Ltd was granted a renewal of EPM 17143 over 2 sub-blocks for a further 3 years commencing 17th December 2012 on 11th June 2013. During the reporting period ending 16th December 2014, Broughton Orion further utilised its Access database to delineating target areas for geological mapping and geochemical sampling. However, due to funding and expenditure commitments, Broughton Orion formally withdrew from the Broughton Creek Joint Venture on 1st September 2014 and no actual field work was completed. As a consequence, EPM 17143 along with the remainder of the Broughton Creek project was regained 100% by Broughton Minerals Pty Ltd.
GSQOpenData@resources.qld.gov.au - EPM27513 IFFLEY FINAL REPORT FOR PERIOD ENDING 15 DECEMBER 2023
공공데이터포털
URL: https://geoscience.data.qld.gov.au/dataset/cr144079 This Annual and Final Mineral Exploration report describes all exploration work carried out by South32 Ltd on behalf of Taragon Valley Pty Ltd (a wholly owned subsidiary of South32 Ltd) for the reporting period from 16th December 2022 to 15th December 2023 on EPM 27513 Iffley (the EPM). The tenement is located approximately 110km south of the township of Normanton in Northwest Queensland. The principal exploration target in this area is Proterozoic Broken Hill type (BHt) Pb-Zn-Ag mineralization. Exploration work carried out during the year included: core cutting, sampling and review and interpretation of geochemistry results from the one (1) 2022 drillhole; Pb/U age dating of eight (8) drill core samples, and evaluation of all drillhole (geology, geochemistry and geophysical) datasets. From these results it was determined that further exploration over the Iffley Tenement was not required at this time due to having now tested the main geophysical anomalies and as such South32 has decided to surrender the tenement.
GSQOpenData@resources.qld.gov.au - EPM26740 BULIMBA ANNUAL ACTIVITY REPORT FOR PERIOD ENDING 01 AUGUST 2022
공공데이터포털
URL: https://geoscience.data.qld.gov.au/dataset/cr133926 Exploration Permit Minerals (EPM) 26740 was granted to Newcrest Operations Limited (Newcrest) on 1 August 2018 for a term of five (5) years. EPM26740 forms part of the companys Bulimba Project, which consists of six (6) granted Exploration Permit Minerals; EPM26530, EPM26531, EPM26532, EPM26533, EPM26738 and EPM26740, located approximately 50km northwest of Chillagoe and 200km west of Cairns in northeast Queensland. The exploration permit is located within the Walsh (7664) 1 to 100,000 and Walsh (SE5404) 1 to 250,000 map sheets. The Bulimba Project is considered highly prospective for gold (Au) and copper (Cu) resources. The Bulimba Project tenure is positioned within a fertile structural corridor which hosts major gold-copper deposits such as the Red Dome and Mungana deposits and is therefore considered highly prospective for gold (Au) and copper (Cu) resources. The cover that exists over most of the project area has prevented effective previous exploration, providing an excellent opportunity for Newcrest to open up a new, province-scale area to systematic exploration. Exploration activity across Newcrests Queensland exploration tenure was significantly disrupted in 2021; due to Government covid policies; and consequent restrictions placed upon the travel, movement, and associations of employees, landholders, traditional owners and business partners. These imposed conditions severely affected the ability to effectively implement the proposed work programmes over the recent past, and also during this current field season. This report is prepared by Chillex and documents work carried out by Chillex on EPM26740 during the reporting period 2 August 2021 to 1 August 2022. Exploration activities completed included: Further database interrogation and desktop research. On site reconnaissance and minor field work (when permissible). Collation of geophysical studies, data entry, programme revision.
GSQOpenData@resources.qld.gov.au - EXPLORATION PERMIT FOR MINERALS 18053 BULONGA ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE PERIOD 27 APRIL 2018 TO 26 APRIL 2019
공공데이터포털
URL: https://geoscience.data.qld.gov.au/dataset/cr123202 ActivEX EPM 18053 (Bulonga) consists of 13 sub-blocks and comprises part of the ActivEX Cloncurry Copper and Gold Project. It is located approximately 45 km southwest of Cloncurry. The EPM represents a substantial holding within a highly prospective geological terrane, surrounded by several major deposits. The area has significant potential for IOCG mineralisation including skarn style mineralisation and possibly Stratiform Zn-Pb-Ag mineralisation. The tenement has been notably under-explored given the long-standing history of mineral exploration within the region and substantial scope remains to make a major discovery. Work in 2017 involved processing of available regional geophysics and structural interpretations. The work has assisted in developing a better understanding of the mode of emplacement for observed mineralisation with the identification of NE and NW orientated structural intersections appearing to control much of the significant mineralisation in the area. This is more likely due to enhanced dilation and hydrothermal fluid migration as modelled and proposed in the literature. In the 2019 the Company reviewed all historical exploration for the Cloncurry Project and organised several field trips to prospective joint venture companies who have expressed an interest in the Cloncurry Region. The result is that the Company has secured a joint venture partner who will be actively exploring the AIV’s Cloncurry Projects in 2020. The structural study completed in 2017 will form the basis of prospect ranking in conjunction with the specialised exploration skills of the incoming joint venture partner.
