The NSW Administrative Boundaries Web Service is a dynamic map of administrative and property boundaries. Administrative Areas Boundaries depict a polygon feature class within the NSW Digital Cadastral Database maintained by LPI. The administrative boundaries provided through this web service includes: Counties, Suburbs, Parishes, Local Government Areas, State Forests, National Parks, State Electoral Districts. For detailed information, for each individual dataset contained in this web services, please see the Digital Cadastre Database Dictionary published at http://www.lpi.nsw.gov.au/mapping_and_imagery/spatial_data. This web service allows users to easily integrate NSW Administrative Boundaries into OGC compliant spatial platforms and applications. Administrative Boundaries can be used to aggregate information for analytical purposes and analyse time series trends. Administrative boundary data in combination with geo-coded address data, demographic information and agency specific business information underpins the ability to perform high quality spatial analysis.

NSW Cadastre web service is a dynamic map of cadastral features extracted from the NSW Digital Cadastral Database (DCDB). It provides access to a state wide integrated database and a component of the foundation spatial datasets within the New South Wales. A “cadastre” is an official register of property showing boundaries. The DCDB contains current land titles only. The cadastral feature class layers provided through this web service includes: • Large Rural Plan Extent • Rural Plan Extent • Section Extent • Plan Extent • Lot • Plan Extent Labels • Section Extent Labels • Lot Labels The available attributes for point queries are: • Lot/Section/Plan string • CadID This web service allows users to easily integrate NSW Cadastre into Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) compliant spatial platforms and applications. The NSW Cadastral web service can be used for resource management, environmental management, land use planning, agriculture management, emergency management and recreational purposes This service can be used to aggregate information for analytical purposes. LANDFIRE Remap Fuel Disturbance (FDist) CONUS

LANDFIRE (LF) disturbance products are developed to provide temporal and spatial information related to landscape change. LF Remap Fuel Disturbance (FDist) uses the latest 10 years of Annual Disturbance products from the effective disturbance year. FDist is a refinement of past LF versions and is created from Remap Historical Disturbance (HDist) by grouping similar disturbances types, which represent disturbance scenarios within the fuels environment. LF Remap contains refinements to the FDist process enabling the creation of pre-disturbance fuel vegetation within disturbed areas. This new approach facilitates the production of capable fuels products, such as FDist. The capable fuels process calculates Time Since Disturbance (TSD) assignments for disturbed areas using an “effective year”. Year 2020 fuels, for example, may be calculated for the year 2020. This new process considers all the existing disturbances included in LF Remap and assigns fuels to the pre-disturbance vegetation based on the adjusted TSD, making the products "2020 capable fuels." By synchronizing TSDs for surface and canopy fuels, these refinements improve performance of fire behavior modeling. LF Remap fuel products in areas mapped as disturbed within the past 10 years are delivered with this capable fuels functionality. LANDFIRE Remap Annual Disturbance CONUS 2015

LANDFIRE's (LF) Annual Disturbance (Dist) product provides temporal and spatial information related to landscape change. Dist depicts areas that have experienced a disturbance within a given year of 4.5 hectares (11 acres) or larger, along with cause and severity. Information sources include national fire mapping programs such as Monitoring Trends in Burn Severity (MTBS), Burned Area Reflectance Classification (BARC), and Rapid Assessment of Vegetation Condition after Wildfire (RAVG), local user/agency contributed data (LF Events Geodatabase), and remotely sensed Landsat imagery. Composite Landsat image pairs from the current year, prior year, and following year are spectrally compared to determine where change occurred and its corresponding severity. Additionally, vegetation indices (Normalized Differenced Vegetation Index [NDVI] and Normalized Burn Ratio [NBR]) serve as inputs into the Multi-Index Integrated Change Algorithm (MIICA) (Jin et al. 2013); MIICA outputs and differenced products (e.g., dNDVI and dNBR) are used to locate change. Predictive modeling based on the previous 10 years of disturbance data provides an additional dataset useful for locating disturbance. Image analysts use the aforementioned datasets separately or in combination to isolate true change from false change (e.g., change caused by stark differences in phenology rather than a true disturbance event). The accuracy of the final product is often related to the quality of the Landsat image composite. Areas with persistent cloud cover are particularly challenging (e.g., the northeast US). Fire caused disturbances sourced from MTBS may contain data gaps where clouds, smoke, water or Landsat7 SLC-off stripes exist. Models trained from pre-fire and post-fire Landsat data are used to fill the gaps. The result is continuous severity and extent information for all MTBS fire disturbances. MTBS pixels derived from gap filling techniques, such as modeling, are noted as such in their corresponding attribute table. Smaller fires that do not meet the size criteria set forth by MTBS) may be attributed as a Burned Area Essential Climate Variable (BAECV), which are only produced for the lower 48 states. Causality and severity information assigned to a disturbance are prioritized by source, with the highest priorities reserved for fire mapping programs (MTBS, BARC and RAVG) followed by user-contributed events contained in the LF Events Geodatabase, and lastly, Landsat image based change.

The 2019 cartographic boundary shapefiles are simplified representations of selected geographic areas from the U.S. Census Bureau's Master Address File / Topologically Integrated Geographic Encoding and Referencing (MAF/TIGER) Database (MTDB). These boundary files are specifically designed for small-scale thematic mapping. When possible, generalization is performed with the intent to maintain the hierarchical relationships among geographies and to maintain the alignment of geographies within a file set for a given year. Geographic areas may not align with the same areas from another year. Some geographies are available as nation-based files while others are available only as state-based files. Regions are four groupings of states (Northeast, South, Midwest, and West) established by the Census Bureau in 1942 for the presentation of census data. Regions are availiable at the 1:5,000,000, 1:2,0000,000 and 1:500,000 scales

Geographic areas may not align with the same areas from another year. Some geographies are available as nation-based files while others are available only as state-based files. Divisions are groupings of states within a census geographic region, established by the Census Bureau for the presentation of census data. The current nine divisions (East North Central, East South Central, Middle Atlantic, Mountain, New England, Pacific, South Atlantic, West North Central, and West South Central) are intended to represent relatively homogeneous areas that are subdivisions of the four census geographic regions. Divisions availiable at the 1:5,000,000, 1:2,0000,000 and 1:500,000 scales.
