Geospatial and Data Services Manager - Peel Inlet - Harvey Estuary (DWER-066)
공공데이터포털
This data represents the Environmental Protection Authority of Western Australia - Peel Harvey EPP Environmental Protection (Peel Inlet - Harvey Estuary) Policy 1992. This policy protects the estuary by setting environmental quality objectives and outlines the means by which they are to be achieved and maintained to prevent further degradation. These boundaries were gazetted and enacted with the policy on the 11 Dec 1992. Boundary was developed by the Policy Branch of the Department of Environmental Protection, a full description of the Policy and boundary is available on the EPA website www.epa.wa.gov.au.
Geospatial and Data Services Manager - EPP Goldfields Residential Areas Sulphur Dioxide 2003 (DWER-063)
공공데이터포털
This data represents the Environmental Protection Authority of Western Australia. The Kalgoorlie Environmental Protection Policy Areas are four areas in the Kalgoorlie region that are covered by the Kalgoorlie Environmental Protection Policy (Goldfields Residential Areas)(Sulfur Dioxide) Policy. The policy covers four areas; Kalgoorlie, Kambalda, Coolgardie-Boulder and the Kurrawang Aboriginal Reserve. The Purpose of the policy is to specify the maximum sulfur dioxide concentration permitted in the ambient air of a protected area. The environmental quality objectives are to control and progressively reduce sulfur dioxide concentration in the ambient air of a protected area during each year until 2008 and, to ensure that during and after 2008, the sulfur dioxide concentration in the ambient air of a protected area does not exceed 0.25ppm. © Government of Western Australia 2014. Environmental Protection Authority. This dataset was formerly known as EPP Goldfields Residential Areas Sulphur Dioxide 2003 (EPA-011)
Geospatial and Data Services Manager - WRIMS - Surface Water Areas (DWER-082)
공공데이터포털
Surface Water areas stored in WRIMS (Water Resource Information Management System). For the purposes of Surface Water resource management, the state of Western Australia is divided into Surface Water areas. The extraction and licensing of surface water resources are managed within surface water areas in order to ensure environmental requirements are met and to prevent over extraction of the resource. Surface Water Management Areas for Western Australia were derived in consultation with the regional offices, geometry is based on hydrographic subcatchments. Regional Department of Water and Environmental Regulation officers identified areas of similar management requirements to define boundaries. Management areas will be used for licencing and administrative purposes.
Geospatial and Data Services Manager - SWAN Bioplan Regionally Significant Natural Areas 2010 (DWER-070)
공공데이터포털
This data represents the Environmental Protection Authority of Western Australia. This dataset represents the spatial boundary of the Swan Bioplan Regionally Significant Natural Areas. © Government of Western Australia 2014. Environmental Protection Authority. This dataset was formerly known as SWAN Bioplan Regionally Significant Natural Areas 2010 (EPA-008)
Geospatial and Data Services Manager - WRIMS - Groundwater Areas (DWER-085)
공공데이터포털
Groundwater areas stored in WRIMS (Water Resource Information Management System). For the purposes of groundwater resource management, the state of Western Australia is divided into groundwater management areas or groundwater areas. The extraction and licensing of groundwater resources are managed within groundwater areas in order to ensure environmental requirements are met and to prevent over extraction of the resource. Some Groundwater Areas stored in WRIMS do not accurately reflect the official gazetted Groundwater Area boundaries, however a program is currently underway to realign the boundaries. Please contact the data steward for more information.
Geospatial and Data Services Manager - 2003-2005 ASS Site Evaluation (DWER-047)
공공데이터포털
Site classifications and expert profile summary assessment based on ASS soil coring information obtained during the 2003-2005 acid sulfate soil mapping program covering low lying landscapes from the Peel-Harvey to Dunsborough, Scott Coastal Plain and Albany-Denmark region. Includes associated site data collected during mapping program and data derived from ASS evaluation. Content Purpose: Brief summary of the variables contained within the ASS evaluation dataset. For further information phone the Contaminated Sites hotline 1300 762 982. This dataset was formerly known as 2003-2005 ASS Site Evaluation (DER-007). This dataset is no longer actively maintained by DWER.
Geospatial and Data Services Manager - RIWI Act, Groundwater Areas (DWER-034)
공공데이터포털
Groundwater areas proclaimed under the Rights in Water and Irrigation Act, 1914. For the purposes of groundwater resource management, the state of Western Australia is divided into groundwater areas. The extraction and licensing of groundwater resources are managed within groundwater areas. This dataset was formerly known as RIWI Act, Groundwater Areas (DOW-012)
Geospatial and Data Services Manager - Acid Sulfate Soil Risk Map, Estuaries (DWER-050)
공공데이터포털
Predicted risk of Acid Sulfate Soil (ASS) materials occurring within shallow soil layers in WA Estuaries (not covered by other Department of Environment ASS risk datasets) that could be disturbed by normal land development activities (drainage, excavations, dewatering). This map was developed to assist planners in assessing whether development applications require additional conditions for developments of sites where there is a risk disturbing or draining ASS/PASS. No distinction is made between potential and actual sites since the risk for further environmental degradation from disturbance or drainage is similar. For further information phone the Contaminated Sites hotline 1300 762 982. This dataset was formerly known as Acid Sulfate Soil Risk Map, Estuaries (DER-008). This dataset is no longer actively maintained by DWER.
Manager Geoscience Mapping - 1:100 000 Geological Map Sheet Index (DMIRS-048)
공공데이터포털
This dataset is a 1:100 000 geological map sheet index for available surface geological maps and State interpreted bedrock geology produced by the Geological Survey of Western Australia (GSWA).
Geospatial and Data Services Manager - State Environment Policy Cockburn Protection Levels 2010 (DWER-068)
공공데이터포털
This data represents the Environmental Protection Authority of Western Australia. This dataset represents the spatial boundaries of the SEP Cockburn Protection Levels. The dataset was updated in 2010 to accurately represent the coastline and the recent approval of James Point Stage1. When this dataset was created schedules 1-3 of the policy were updated. There are three levels of ecological protection high, moderate and low and the policy states that the percentage of Moderate protection which is Low ecological protection should not exceed 5%. This spatial data is representative of the Office of the EPA’s most recent recalculations of this statistic. Currently the percentage of MEPA which is LEPA is 4.39%. © Government of Western Australia 2014. Environmental Protection Authority. This dataset was formerly known as State Environment Policy Cockburn Protection Levels 2010 (EPA-009).
