The location of water sources identified for fire management/suppression activities as depicted in the PWS Asset Management System (AMS). Types of water sources include natural and built structures such as waterholes, lagoons, creeks, lakes, farm dams/weirs, hydrants and water tanks. FWTR_SRC_POINT: This theme depicts sources of water for fire management purposes that are accessible by engines, water tenders, pumps, or helicopter buckets. Water sources that are identified are judged to be useable during the period of a normal fire season. This theme does not depict water for uses other than fire fighting. For example, potable water is not identified in this theme.
PWD Stream Sampling Locations

Locations where PWD has conducted surface water quality sampling and other types of stream assessments. Sampling activities may include water quality grab sampling, habitat assessment, and sampling of invertebrates, fish and algae from wadeable streams. Not all assessment activities are performed at all sites.
