Landslide Polygons Data (Mineral Resources Tasmania)
Landslide component polygons of landslide features mapped across Tasmania, with summary landslide data derived from the Geohazards (Landslide) Database, Tasmanian Information on Geoscience and Exploration Resources (TIGER) system; administered by Mineral Resources Tasmania (MRT). A landslide is defined as a downslope movement of a mass of rock, debris or earth by a variety of failure modes (slide, flow, spread, fall, topple, or combinations thereof) â but excludes subsidence (such as karst areas). The summary landslide data includes: the landslide ID (database reference), the landslide component (polygon) mapped, the landslide name, the locality, the feature type (type of landslide entity mapped), the landslide classification, the activity state (âRecent or Activeâ or âActivity Unknownâ), the earliest known activity, related reports (largely MRT reports), related MRT plans. A Details field provides a link to a Landslide Details page where further information may be available.

공공데이터포털
Polygons of structures or property damaged by a landslide, throughout Tasmania, with summary damage data derived from the Geohazards (Landslide) Database, Tasmanian Information on Geoscience and Exploration Resources (TIGER) system; administered by Mineral Resources Tasmania (MRT). A landslide is defined as a downslope movement of a mass of rock, debris or earth by a variety of failure modes (slide, flow, spread, fall, topple, or combinations thereof) â but excludes subsidence (such as karst areas). The summary damage data includes: the damage ID (database reference), the type of structure or property damaged, the cause of the damage, the severity of the damage, the earliest known date of damage, the landslide ID (database reference for associated landslide), and related reports (largely MRT reports). Only the landslide damage reported to MRT is included.
Landslide Points Data (Mineral Resources Tasmania)
공공데이터포털
Landslide features across Tasmania as representative points, with summary landslide data derived from the Geohazards (Landslide) Database, Tasmanian Information on Geoscience and Exploration Resources (TIGER) system; administered by Mineral Resources Tasmania (MRT). A landslide is defined as a downslope movement of a mass of rock, debris or earth by a variety of failure modes (slide, flow, spread, fall, topple, or combinations thereof) â but excludes subsidence (such as karst areas). The summary landslide data includes: the landslide ID (database reference), the landslide component mapped (usually a record locator point), the landslide name, the locality, the feature type (type of landslide entity mapped), the landslide classification, the activity state (âRecent or Activeâ or âActivity Unknownâ), the earliest known activity, related reports (largely MRT reports), related MRT plans. A Details field provides a link to a Landslide Details page where further information may be available.
Landslide Lines Data (Mineral Resources Tasmania)
공공데이터포털
Linear landslide components of landslide features mapped across Tasmania, with summary landslide data derived from the Geohazards (Landslide) Database, Tasmanian Information on Geoscience and Exploration Resources (TIGER) system; administered by Mineral Resources Tasmania (MRT). A landslide is defined as a downslope movement of a mass of rock, debris or earth by a variety of failure modes (slide, flow, spread, fall, topple, or combinations thereof) âÃà but excludes subsidence (such as karst areas). Launceston geomorphology - depositional polygons
공공데이터포털
This dataset (geomorphology_poly_depositional.shp) contains polygons delineating depositional geomorphic features of the area covered by the Tasmanian Landslide Hazard Map Series: Launceston. The data has been generated through a combination of simplification of surficial deposits shown in the seamless 1:25 000 geology data held by MRT and aerial photography interpretation. The shapefile was created using ArcGIS software.
Launceston geomorphology - fault polylines
공공데이터포털
This dataset (geomorphology_line_faults.shp) is a shapefile generated using ArcGIS containing polylines delineating faults and lineaments for the area covered by the Tasmanian Landslide Hazard Map Series: Launceston. Most of the data comes directly from the 1:25 000 seamless geology data held by Mineral Resources Tasmania and has been edited to only contain faults and lineaments within the area of interest. Faults with no geomorphic implications have been removed. The additional features are based on interpretation of aerial photography.
Emergency Services - Mineral Resources Tas. (DIER) - Joined Geomorphic Polygons
공공데이터포털
Joined Geomorphic Polygons show geomorphological polygons of the Hobart and Glenorchyareas as part of the Tasmanian Landslide Hazard Map Series, 2005. Features consist of surficial units identified in the 1:25 000 geology map of Tasmania and reclassified based on depositional environment. The features provide an indication of surficial units that were thick enough/ important enough to be depicted in the geological mapping process. This data was supplied to ES-GIS by Mineral Resources Tasmanina (MRT), a part of the Dept. Infrastructure, Energy and Resources (DIER) and will be regularly updated (or upon request) with periodic resupplies.
Landslide inventory and geomorphology map of Hobart
공공데이터포털
This layer is an image of the landslide inventory and geomorphology of the Hobart Area as part of the Tasmanian Landslide Hazard Map Series, 2005.
Launceston - potential landslide hazard zone polygons
공공데이터포털
This layer shows landslide hazard zones of the area covered by the Tasmanian Landslide Hazard Map Series: Launceston. This data was created through a grid based modelling process and converted to shapefiles for distribution. This grid based data has been converted to a shapefile fro distribution. There is consequently, some pixellisation of the polygon boundaries.
Launceston geomorphology - structural polygons
공공데이터포털
This dataset (geomorphology_poly_structural.shp) contains polygons delineating structural aspects of the geomorphology in the area covered by the Tasmanian Landslide Hazard Map Series: Launceston. The data has been generated by aerial photography interpretation. The shapefile has been generated using ArcGIS software.
