NSW Features of Interest Category (Formerly Points of Interest)
Export Data Access API NSW Features of Interest Category (Formerly Points of Interest) Please NoteWGS 84 service aligned to GDA94This dataset has spatial reference [WGS 84 ≈ GDA94] which may result in misalignments when viewed in GDA2020 environments. A similar service with a ‘multiCRS’ suffix is available which can support GDA2020, GDA94 and WGS 84 ≈ GDA2020 environments. In due course, and allowing time for user feedback and testing, it is intended that the original service name will adopt the new 'multiCRS' functionality. Metadata Portal Metadata Information Content TitleNSW Features of Interest Category (Formerly Points of Interest)Content TypeHosted Feature LayerDescriptionThe Features of Interest Category consists of features whose primary characteristic are of a cultural (man-made) origin, but generally not including transportation related features. These features do not fit within one of the ten foundation spatial data themes and are therefore classified as a category. They have historically been captured by Spatial Services as part of the NSW digital topographic mapping program and therefore warrant inclusion. The Features of Interest theme also defines the location of facilities such as Police Stations, Ambulance Stations and Hospitals which is crucial information for the citizens of NSW. The Features of Interest Category is primarily used for planning, developmental activities, navigation and resource monitoring by emergency services, the Defence Forces, environmental resource managers and engineers. This information is also commonly used by bushwalkers, canoeists, anglers and fossickers to establish a detailed picture of the local environment. The clear definition of these features is vital for emergency services in response situations. This dataset was captured by digitising the best available cadastral mapping at a variety of scales and accuracies, ranging from 1:500 to 1:250 000 according to the National Mapping Council of Australia, Standards of Map Accuracy (1975). Therefore, the position of the feature instance will be within 0.5mm at map scale for 90% of the well-defined points. Export Data Access API NSW Positioning Theme Survey Mark GDA94 multiCRS MultiCRS service - supporting requests in multiple Coordinate Reference Systems - Information Sheet Note: GDA94 coordinates for NSW survey marks are no longer maintained. This data has been superseded by NSW Positioning Theme Survey Mark GDA2020 multiCRS or NSW Positioning Theme - Survey Mark GDA2020 A new series of ‘multiCRS’ web services have been published to support GDA2020. These new ‘multiCRS’ services: · have a spatial reference of GDA2020 · support alignment with GDA2020, GDA94 or [WGS 84-aligned-to-GDA2020] GIS environments, using built-in server-side transformations: o GDA94 < NTv2-CPD > GDA2020 o GDA94 < NTv2-CPD > WGS 84 aligned to GDA2020 o GDA2020 < NULL > WGS 84 aligned to GDA2020 Note: ESRI software will automatically align by transforming from the sourceSpatialReference (GDA94). Other software may need to set client-side transformations from the SpatialReference (GDA2020). Note: Client-side transformation(s) can be used to over-ride these default transformations. The original [WGS 84-aligned-to-GDA2020] is still available, without the ‘multiCRS’ suffix. In due course, and allowing time for user feedback and testing, it is intended that the original service name will adopt this new 'multiCRS' functionality. Please note that SCIMS Online is the official option for obtaining state control survey data for cadastral surveys as it offers legal traceability. SCIMS online is accessible via the Spatial portal. Metadata Portal Metadata Information Content TitleNSW Positioning Theme Survey Mark GDA94 multiCRSContent TypeHosted Feature LayerDescriptionThis service provides GDA94 coordinates, heights and related information for NSW survey marks that form the official State control survey network (as reported in SCIMS). This service controls the precision of numerical output in a manner that mirrors SCIMS Online available through the Spatial Services Portal. The web service provides a wealth of data on each mark, including:mark type (Permanent Mark, State Survey Mark, etc.) mark number horizontal coordinates and their accuracy (class and order) heights and their accuracy (class and order) status of the mark (destroyed, restricted access, etc.) The mark type is represented using various shapes and the accuracy of the mark (both vertical and horizontal) is communicated by the colour. This web service allows users to easily integrate survey control mark data from SCIMS into Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) compliant spatial platforms and applications. Data provided by the NSW Survey Mark web service can be used in a variety of engineering and surveying applications, including but not limited to: cadastral survey planning flood studies and hydrographic modelling infrastructure developmentsite calibration at construction sites elevation modelling preservation of survey infrastructure. The NSW Survey Mark web service gives users an alternative method to access state control survey data that can be incorporated into their GIS package without needing to log into SCIMS Online. Please note that SCIMS Online is the official option for obtaining state control survey data for cadastral surveys as it offers legal traceability. Access API NSW Base Map Web Service GDA2020 GDA2020 Cached Map Tile service - See GDA2020 Web Services Information Sheet and GDA2020 Raster FAQ This Cached Map Tile service is published with a spatial reference of WGS 84-aligned-to-GDA2020). For users who require a [WGS 84-aligned-to-GDA94] service the original NSW Base Map Web Serviceis still available.Disclaimer: This Cached Map Tile service is created directly from the GDA94 Cached Map Tile service by simply shifting pixels by a distance equivalent to the GDA94 > NTv2-CPD > GDA2020 transformation. This shift must be a whole number of pixels. As a result, where raster tiles are provided at low-resolution, the display location may differ from true GDA2020 location. For example, a tile at ‘zoom level 18’, with 60 cm pixel resolution, may appear offset from GDA2020 by ~30cm.Metadata Portal Metadata Information Content TitleNSW Base MapContent TypeBasemapDescriptionThe NSW Base Map web service depicts a map of NSW using layers from the Digital Topographic Database, the Geocoded Urban and Rural Addressing System database and the Digital Cadastral Database. This includes:roadspoints of interestlocalitieslandformdrainagecultural dataparks and forestsproperty boundariesstreet address numbers.Web service uses/fitness for purpose This web service allows users to easily integrate a NSW base map into Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) compliant spatial platforms and applications. GL StClair Detroit River 2019 ESI SOCECON Polygons, Lines, Points
공공데이터포털
These feature classes reside within the SOCECON Feature Data Set of the Great Lakes - St. Clair / Detroit River System 2019 ESI geodatabase. They contain vector polygons, lines and points representing Socioeconomic human-use resource data for the St. Clair / Detroit River System in southeastern Michigan. The study area includes a small portion of southern Lake Huron at its outlet, the St. Clair River (which flows out of Lake Huron), Lake St. Clair, the Detroit River (which flows into Lake Erie), a small portion of western Lake Erie, and adjacent lands and waters. These data sets contain information about the following resources: POINTS- abandoned vessels, airports, archaeological sites, campgrounds, epa facilities, heliports, historical sites, and renewable energy sites; POLYGONS- beaches and campgrounds; POLYLINES- pipelines, railroads, and roads. Object specific Type and Source information are stored in the related data tables, SOC_DAT and SOURCES (described below). These are stand-alone tables within the Geodatabase, designed to be used in conjunction with these spatial data layers. This data set is a portion of the ESI data for the St. Clair / Detroit River System. As a whole, the ESI data characterize the marine and coastal environments and wildlife by their sensitivity to spilled oil, and include information for three main components: shoreline habitats, sensitive biological resources, and human-use resources.
