NSW Topographic Mapo
공공데이터포털
Metadata Portal Metadata Information Content TitleNSW Topographic MapoContent TypeWeb MapDescriptionMap Cache Web Service provides rasterised topographic maps in a seamless mosaic view covering NSW. This service generally contains the current standard Topographic maps from the 1:100,000; 1:50,000 and 1:25,000 series.Where coverage exists at multiple scales, the largest scale map is displayed. The sourced Geotiff file is cropped to the map window only, with no legend, disclaimers, map grid, scale bar or north arrow displayed. The NSW Topographic Map series is derived from Spatial Services’ Digital Topographic Database (DTDB). Information viewed in this web service includes:• Roads• Points of interest• Localities• Contours• Drainage• Cultural data• Parks and forests• Property boundaries. This web service allows users to easily integrate the topographic map cache coverage for NSW into Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) compliant spatial platforms and applications. The NSW Topographic Map Cache web service can be used for mapping, emergency services, natural resource management, geosciences and sustainable development. This service ensures users are able to consume topographic map data without the requirement of hosting the map files on their own servers. It is important to note that depictions of roads and tracks do not necessarily indicate a public right of way. Unlawful entry upon private land or a restricted area and/or wilful damage of property such as gates and fences expose offenders to legal prosecution. It is divided into the seven themes of the FSDF and two categories Each of these themes is made up of various Feature Classes (or layers) that contain the relevant spatial data and their associated attributes and relationships. This dataset was captured by utilising the best available source at a variety of scales and accuracies, ranging from 1:500 to 1:250 000 according to the National Mapping Council of Australia, Standards of Map Accuracy (1975). Therefore, the position of the feature instance will be within 0.5mm at map scale for 90% of the well-defined points. Access API NSW Base Map Web Service GDA2020 GDA2020 Cached Map Tile service - See GDA2020 Web Services Information Sheet and GDA2020 Raster FAQ This Cached Map Tile service is published with a spatial reference of WGS 84-aligned-to-GDA2020). For users who require a [WGS 84-aligned-to-GDA94] service the original NSW Base Map Web Serviceis still available.Disclaimer: This Cached Map Tile service is created directly from the GDA94 Cached Map Tile service by simply shifting pixels by a distance equivalent to the GDA94 > NTv2-CPD > GDA2020 transformation. This shift must be a whole number of pixels. As a result, where raster tiles are provided at low-resolution, the display location may differ from true GDA2020 location. For example, a tile at ‘zoom level 18’, with 60 cm pixel resolution, may appear offset from GDA2020 by ~30cm.Metadata Portal Metadata Information Content TitleNSW Base MapContent TypeBasemapDescriptionThe NSW Base Map web service depicts a map of NSW using layers from the Digital Topographic Database, the Geocoded Urban and Rural Addressing System database and the Digital Cadastral Database. This includes:roadspoints of interestlocalitieslandformdrainagecultural dataparks and forestsproperty boundariesstreet address numbers.Web service uses/fitness for purpose This web service allows users to easily integrate a NSW base map into Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) compliant spatial platforms and applications. The data combines aspects from the themes of Land Parcel and Property, Administrative Boundaries and Geocoded Addressing into the new feature class. This product does not form part of the dynamic DCDB cadastral web service. The Strata Hub product is updated in parallel to its source datasets. The data provides strata plan and strata scheme details along with geocoded address data in reference to real-world property locations, mapped against SP polygons. The Strata Hub data is an indicative representation of registered strata plans in NSW. Strata Hub contains registered land titles only. Use Limitations The creation of the Strata Hub data employs industry levels of rigour, skill, and care in ensuring the relevance, timeliness, accuracy, coherence, interpretability, and accessibility of this data. But is does not guarantee the data is without errors, additions, or omissions. Data products produced are for the Strata Hub service only and should be considered indicative and for representational purposes only. All attention has been applied to ensure DCS Spatial Services data aligns to that of the Strata Hub service proper. This data may be used in conjunction with cadastral and addressing authoritative datasets for visualisation purposes. DCS Spatial Services may at its sole discretion change the type(s) or spatial datasets or layers that it makes available. The dataset maintains a positional relationship to, and alignment with, the Lot and Property digital datasets. This dataset was captured by digitising the best available cadastral mapping at a variety of scales and accuracies, ranging from 1:500 to 1:250 000 according to the National Mapping Council of Australia, Standards of Map Accuracy (1975). Associated Resources Resource: NSW Geocoded Addressing Theme The Geocoded Urban and Rural Addressing System (GURAS) is a ‘property’ based address database. Each property polygon captured within GURAS has a unique numeric identifier and contains at least one authoritative address which is sourced from local councils via the valuation of land database, also managed by LPI-Valnet. Properties may contain more than one address sourced from various other organisations. Resource: NSW Land Parcel and Property Theme NSW Land Parcel and Property Theme Lot is a polygon feature that defines a parcel of land created on a survey plan. Parcel polygons are defined by a series of boundary lines that store
