The Translink PT (Passenger Transport) performance dashboard is a digital resource that brings greater accessibility and visibility of performance on SEQ's public transport network. The dashboard represents the SEQ area from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast, and includes measures from on-time running, patronage, fines and warnings, passenger injuries, and 25 customer experience metrics. Translink will continue to invest in data collection with new performance measures, regional areas and enhanced filtering features to be added in the future.

This dataset will no longer be updated. Data is being published in a new format in a new dataset called Traffic Management — Key Corridor — Monthly Performance Report. Translink Public Transport Origin-Destination Trips In addition to this data, the Translink PT Performance Dashboard provides visual and interactive performance data on patronage, on-time-running, fines and warnings, passenger injuries, and customer experience metrics. Data pre-2022 is stored in a separate dataset here The datasets up until June 2025 only contains data on ticket and go card transactions, it doesn't include EMV transactions. The files from July 2025 onwards do include EMV transactions. The historical datasets will be updated to include EMV transactions in the near future. These sets of files include patronage data associated with Translink in-service routes.
