Tasmanian Interim Planning Scheme Overlay
Planning schemes regulate new use and development of land. They have two parts; - a document that sets out the requirements or standards for use and development, and - maps indicating where the requirements or standards apply. The Tasmanian Interim Planning Scheme Overlays dataset is an online mapping resource incorporating all planning overlays within the state where interim schemes remain in effect, and is linked to online supporting documentation.

Tasmanian Interim Planning Scheme Zone Boundaries
공공데이터포털
Planning schemes regulate new use and development of land. They have two parts; - a document that sets out the requirements or standards for use and development, and - maps indicating where the requirements or standards apply. The Tasmanian Interim Planning Scheme Zone Boundaries dataset is an online mapping resource incorporating all zones boundary mapping within the state where interim schemes remain in effect. The boundaries of the majority of planning scheme zones are aligned with land parcel boundaries or road centrelines. Where they deviate, boundaries are represented by polylines attributed with a description of the features that define their location.
Tasmanian Planning Scheme - General Overlays
공공데이터포털
A planning scheme regulates the way land can be used or developed. A planning scheme has two parts: text that sets out the requirements or standards for use and development, and maps that show zones and overlays indicating where requirements or standards apply. The Tasmanian Planning Scheme overlays data comprises the overlays maps for those parts of the State where the Tasmanian Planning Scheme is in effect. The data is linked to the planning scheme text published online. The electronic planning map in, together with the electronic planning instrument, is the authorised version of the Tasmanian Planning Scheme under section 80M of the Land Use Planning and Approvals Act 1993.

Tasmanian Reserve Estate
공공데이터포털
The Tasmanian Reserve Estate dataset is a digital map of the Reserve System for Tasmania. It represents land reserved to be managed for biodiversity conservation under Tasmania's Regional Forest Agreement (RFA) and other instruments. The layer combines data from several sources: LIST Public Land Classification [ANZTA0005000047] Wellington Park LIST Private Reserves [ANZTA0005000004] Protection Zones from Sustainable Timber Tasmania's 1:25 000 Management Decision Classification (MDC) series Land purchased by Private Land Conservation Program (PLCP) for conservation of CAR values not yet proclaimed Indigenous Protected Areas Informal Reserves on public land identified during the Regional Forestry Agreement (RFA) Other private reserves that have been set aside under independently certified forest management systems Future Potential Production Forest Stewardship Agreements Roadside Conservation Sites More information available in Business Rules at https://nre.tas.gov.au/conservation/development-planning-conservation-assessment/planning-tools/tasmanian-reserve-estate-spatial-layer
Greg Tankard - Territory Plan Overlay Zones line
공공데이터포털
The Territory Plan is the key statutory planning document in the ACT, providing the policy framework for the administration of planning in the ACT. The Territory Plan guides the planning and development of the ACT. It is changed from time to time due to social, economic and environmental reasons. The Territory Plan is used to manage development, in particular the way in which land is used and what can be built. It is used in the process of assessing development applications and to guide the development of new estate areas (future urban land). Land in the ACT is divided into sections and blocks. The blocks are zoned and the zoning determines the form of development on a block. There are 23 different zones. The Territory Plan map shows all these zones as different colours. The purpose of the Territory Plan map is to show the zones and overlays that apply to land in the ACT, in accordance with requirements under the Planning and Development Act 2007. Waterway and Coastal Protection Area Guidance Map
공공데이터포털
The Waterway and Coastal Protection Area Guidance Map has been prepared to provide guidance for local government in preparing the waterway and coastal protection area overlay for the application of the Natural Assets Code as part of the Local Provisions Schedules in the Tasmanian Planning Scheme. The Guidance Map identifies the relevant buffer distances for the waterway and coastal protection area overlay based on the class of watercourse and the type of wetland. The waterway and coastal protection area overlay in Local Provisions Schedules should be derived from the Guidance Map in accordance with Guideline No. 1 – Local Provisions Schedule (LPS): zone and code application: http://www.planning.tas.gov.au/news/news_items/guidance_for_drafting_lps
Tasmanian Land Use Summer 2009/2010
공공데이터포털
A NRM North, Cradle Coast NRM, NRM South and DPIPWE funded project to create a 1: 50 000 digital spatial layer for Tasmanian land use as at summer 2009/2010, attributed to ALUM v7 classifications. The dataset was created from fieldwork, consultation with local experts, vector data sets, databases and 2009/2010 RapidEye imagery which required successive stages of data collection, interpretation, verification and validation for a quality assured final product. Minimal mappable areas varied from 10 ha for mapping at 1:50 000 from RapidEye imagery and less for other datasets used with larger scales. Land use data is used to develop effective responses to national agricultural and natural resource management problems and regional assessments of agricultural productivity and opportunities.
Tasmanian Land Use 2001
공공데이터포털
The GIS section of the Tasmanian Department of Primary Industries, Water and Environment was contracted by the Bureau of Rural Science to create a land use dataset for Tasmania. Land use data has been identified as essential in managing the range of land degradation issues occurring in Australia. The project ran for 18 months from September 2001 to March 2003.
