Information provided in the report may be used by the State Water Board to evaluate compliance with permit terms and conditions. WRIMS Contact ID is the unique identifier of the dataset. It is a unique id reflecting the combination of party ID-application ID and relationship type and relationship status. For example if a party is associated to multiple water rights (application ID) with multiple relationship types and for multiple from and to dates it would have a unique WRIMS_CONTACT_ID for every combination of those values.
