Water temperature, conductivity, and dissolved oxygen data from 5 stations in the Sacramento River Deep Water Ship Channel
Water temperature, conductivity, and dissolved oxygen data collected at 5 locations in the Sacramento River Deep Water Ship Channel. Each of the 5 stations had a string suspended from a buoy, with instruments located at consistent depths below the water surface. Data were collected at 5- or 10-minute intervals from July 2, 2019 to September 18, 2019.

Conductivity-Temperature-Depth (CTD) Profiles in the Sacramento River Deep Water Ship Channel
공공데이터포털
Conductivity-temperature-depth (CTD) measurements made with a Sontek CastAway CTD instrument, collected in the Sacramento River Deep Water Ship Channel in July and August 2019. Measurements were collected at 5 points on the cross-section at Channel Marker 73, each hour for 30 hours, with four 30-hours studies collected over four consecutive weeks.

Longitudinal profiles of surface water chemistry in the Sacramento River Deep Water Ship Channel
공공데이터포털
Longitudinal profiles of surface water chemistry were made using a Sea-Bird SUNA optical nitrate sensor and a YSI EXO2 water quality sonde. Water from 0.1 m depth was pumped to sensors configured with flow cells from a moving boat, and data were georeferenced with a Garmin GPS and compiled on a Campbell Sci datalogger. Details on the method can be found in Crawford et al. 2015 and Downing et al. 2016. Data were collected between July 10 and Aug 26, 2019 as part of an ecosystem experiment. Two longitudinal transects were made each day. In the morning, the boat traveled southward from the Sacramento Locks to Navigation Light 70. The afternoon transects proceeded while traveling northward. Each point has also been linearly referenced as distance to the northern terminus of the channel. Linear referencing was done in the R programming language after snapping points to a line running through the channel center.
Sacramento River At Freeport Dissolved Oxygen (DO) ug/L Time Series Data
공공데이터포털

Access further information for this data set by contacting Bureau of Reclamation, California-Great Basin Region, Environmental Affairs Division (CGB-157). See ResultAttributes for STAFF_GAUGE, SMPL_DEPTH, SMPL_CATEGORY_NAME, METHOD_CODE, RESULT_RL, RESULT_RL-UNIT_STD_NAME, RESULT_MDL, RESULT_MDL-UNIT_STD_NAME, USBR_QA_SUBTYPE_NAME, USBR_QULFR_DESCRIPTION. STAFF_GAUGE is the water height in decimal feet measured by gauge (e.g., 15.2). SMPL_DEPTH is the vertical depth at which sample is collected (e.g., 0 - 15 cm). For water samples: depth below water/air interface. For sediment and soil samples: depth below water/solid or air/solid interface. SMPL_CATEGORY_NAME is the category type of sample (e.g., Composite). METHOD_CODE is the name of method used to obtain result (e.g., EPA 200.8). RESULT_RL is the result reporting limit (accounting for dilution) (e.g., 0.02). RESULT_RL-UNIT_STD_NAME is the unit associated with RESULT_RL (e.g., mg/L). RESULT_MDL is the result method detection limit (e.g., 0.007). RESULT_MDL-UNIT_STD_NAME is the unit associated with RESULT_MDL (e.g., mg/L). USBR_QA_SUBTYPE_NAME is the quality control type of the sample (e.g., USBR_BLANK_SPIKE). USBR_QULFR_DESCRIPTION is the quality assurance description (if any) (e.g., Result may have a high bias.).

(NERRS) Station SOSCWQ - Charleston Bridge, South Slough Reserve
공공데이터포털
IOOS Sensor Observation Service (SOS) Server for NANOOS, the Northwest Association of Networked Ocean Observing Systems (http://nanoos.org). Provides access to marine in-situ observation data for the US Pacific Northwest and lower British Columbia, from the NANOOS asset data store harvested and integrated by NVS (NANOOS Visualization System, http://nvs.nanoos.org). To avoid data duplication, currently only assets not otherwise available to the IOOS Catalog (http://catalog.ioos.us) are accessible through this SOS server; for example, assets from most federal agencies are not accessible on this server, but they are available on the NVS application. This NANOOS service is run by the 52North IOOS SOS server software, and complies with the IOOS SOS "Milestone 1" service profile (https://code.google.com/p/ioostech/wiki/SOSGuidelines). This station provides the following variables: Depth, Fractional saturation of oxygen in sea water, Mass concentration of oxygen in sea water, Sea water ph reported on total scale, Sea water salinity, Sea water temperature, Sea water turbidity
