Microsatellite Genetic Data for Sea Sandwort (Honckenya peploides) and Merckia (Wilhelmsia physodes), Alaska, 2009-2016
공공데이터포털
This dataset contains sampling information and genetic data of 12 novel microsatellite loci developed and polymorphic in the Sea Sandwort (Honckenya peploides) and screened in Merckia (Wilhelmsia physodes) from Alaska. The allele sizes for the 12 microsatellite loci developed in this study are included for two populations of Sea Sandwort (Fossil Beach, Kodiak and Egg Bay, Atka) and one population of Merckia (upper Coleen River, Brooks Range).
Scoter (Melanitta sp.) ddRAD SNP and Microsatellite Genetic Data, North America and Europe, 1977-2012
공공데이터포털
This data set contains sampling information, allele sizes of 11 microsatellite loci, and Genbank accession numbers of ddRAD seq results for scoters (Melanitta sp.). Microsatellite data is provided for three North American species of scoter (black scoter, M. americana n = 61; white-winged scoter, M. deglandi, n = 208; surf scoter, M. perspicillata, n = 145) and their European congeners (common scoter, M. nigra, n = 19; velvet scoter, M. fusca, n = 20). Individuals with ddRAD results include 27 black scoters, 4 common scoters, 32 surf scoters, 28 white-winged scoters, and 4 velvet scoters.

Larus Gull Microsatellite DNA Data, 2006-2009
공공데이터포털
This data set describes nuclear microsatellite genotypes derived from eleven autosomal loci (Hg16, Hg18, Hg25, K16, Lar12, Lar19, Lar24, Lar26, Rbg13, Rbg18, and Rbg29). A total of 651 Larus gulls were examined for this study with samples collected throughout North America, Europe, Russia, and South America.
DNA Microsatellite Markers for Northern Fulmar (Fulmaris glacialis) and Cross-species Amplification in Select Seabird Species
공공데이터포털
This data set is comprised of one table with sampling information and allele sizes for 69 individual Northern Fulmars (Fulmarus glacialis) from Chagulak Island, Alaska and Hafnarey Island, Iceland. Fulmar allele sizes are provided for 10 previously published and 26 novel microsatellite loci. Additionally, allele sizes for the 26 microsatellite loci developed in this study are included for Arctic Terns (Sterna paradisaea, n=4), Common Murres (Uria aalge, n=6), Crested Auklets (Aethia cristatella, n=6), Fork-tailed Storm Petrels (Oceanodroma furcata, n=5), Marbled Murrelets (Brachyramphus marmoratus, n=5), Common Gulls (Larus canus, n=5), Pelagic cormorants (Phalacrocorax pelagicus, n=5), and Thick-billed Murres (Uria lomvia, n=5) from various locations throughout Alaska.
