This dataset includes discrete profile measurements of total alkalinity, pH on total scale, water temperature, salinity, silicate, nitrate, phosphate, delta C13, and other measurements collected during the CCGS Amundsen GEOTRACES cruise ArcticNet1502 (EXPOCODE 18DL20150710) in the North Atlantic Ocean, Labrador Sea, Davis Strait, Baffin Bay from 2015-07-10 to 2015-08-20.

This dataset contains seawater biogeochemical measurements of the inorganic carbon system (dissolved inorganic carbon and total alkalinity), stable oxygen isotope ratios of seawater (𝛿18O), salinity measured on a benchtop salinometer, nutrient concentrations (silicate, phosphate, nitrate, nitrite, and ammonium), as well as CTD measurements (salinity, temperature, pressure), and oxygen concentration measurements from a probe (SBE-43). The measurements were collected during Leg 2 of the 2019 research cruise of the CCGS Amundsen throughout Baffin Bay, Lancaster Sound, and Nares Strait (eastern Canadian Arctic).

This dataset includes discrete, profile measurements of dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC), total alkalinity, water temperature and salinity, measured during the Canadian Coast Guard Ship Amundsen Fisheries and Oceans Canada ArcticNET (NSERC) cruise AN1103 (EXPOCODE 18DL20111006) in the Eastern Canadian Arctic, Baffin Bay, Northwestern Passages from 2011-10-06 to 2011-10-21.

This dataset includes chemical, discrete sample, physical and profile data collected from ODEN in the Arctic Ocean from 2001-07-17 to 2001-07-26 and retrieved during cruise CARINA/77DN20010717. These data include ALKALINITY, HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE, Potential temperature (theta), SALINITY and WATER TEMPERATURE. The instruments used to collect these data include CTD and bottle. These data were collected by Leif G. Anderson of University of Gothenburg (GU) as part of the CARINA/77DN20010717 dataset. The CARINA (CARbon dioxide IN the Atlantic Ocean) data synthesis project is an international collaborative effort of the EU IP CARBOOCEAN, and U.S. partners. It has produced a merged internally consistent dataset of open ocean subsurface measurements for biogeochemical investigations, in particular, studies involving the carbon system. The original focus area was the North Atlantic Ocean, but over time the geographic extent expanded and CARINA now includes data from the entire Atlantic, the Arctic Ocean, and the Southern Ocean.

This dataset includes discrete sample and profile data collected during the ArcticNet CCGS Amundsen cruises AMU2016-02, AMU2017-02, and AMD1802 (EXPOCODEs 18DL20160716, 18DL20170714, 18DL20180725) as part of the HiBio project in Baffin Bay and Davis Strait from 2016-07-16 to 2018-08-13. These data include dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC), total alkalinity (TA), partial pressure of CO2 (pCO2), methane, dissolved oxygen, water temperature, salinity and other measurements. As a part of the ArcticNet program; the "HiBio" project investigated the distribution of benthic organisms; particularly cold water corals and sponges. State of the ocean acidification was studied to understand the environment for these habitats in Davis Strait and Baffin Bay region.

This dataset consists of discrete samples and profile observations collected during the R/V S.A. Agulhas I National Centre for Polar and Ocean Research (NCPOR) cruise (EXPOCODE 91AA20171209) in the Indian Ocean from 2017-12-09 to 2018-02-04. These data include total alkalinity, pH on total scale, temperature, salinity, oxygen, nutrients and ammonia measurements. The NCAOR cruise is the part of the Southern Ocean Carbon and Climate Observations and Modeling project (SOCCOM) cruises and the Antarctic resupply cruise SOE2017-18 in South West Indian Ocean.

This dataset includes discrete, profile measurements of Dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC), total alkalinity, stable oxygen isotope (O-18), temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, associated CTD data (from the CTD/Rosette system) and other parameters, measured during the Canadian Coast Guard Ship Amundsen ArcticNet cruise (EXPOCODE 18DL20160603, Leg 1 and Leg 2) in the Eastern Canadian Arctic, Baffin Bay, Nares Strait, Lancaster Sound, Barrow Strait and Coronation Gulf from 2016-06-03 to 2016-08-23. Station names beginning with "Z" are locations sampled by zodiac (small-ship) away from the larger research vessel, using a single niskin bottle to directly sample surface waters.

This dataset includes discrete profile measurements of Dissolved inorganic carbon (DIC), total alkalinity, water temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, nutrients and other hydrographic and chemical data collected from discrete samples and profile observations during the CCGS Louis S. St-Laurent Joint Ocean Ice Study (JOIS-10) cruise (EXPOCODE 18SN20100915) in the Arctic Ocean from 2010-09-15 to 2010-10-15. The Joint Ocean Ice Study (JOIS) in 2010 involved the collaboration of Fisheries and Oceans Canada researchers with colleagues primarily from the U.S.A and Japan. This program forms an important Canadian contribution to international climate research programs and is comprised of two ongoing programs: the Beaufort Gyre Exploration Project (BGEP), a collaboration with Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution scientists and the Pan-Arctic Climate Investigation (PACI), a collaboration with Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science and Technology (JAMSTEC) scientists. In 2010 JOIS also included ancillary programs carried out by researchers from: the International Arctic Research Center (IARC) in Fairbanks Alaska; Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technology (TUMSAT), Japan; Kitami Institute of Technology (KIT), Japan.
