Water temperature, salinity, and others collected taken by CTD from the seaglider SG660 in the Southern and South Indian Oceans from 2019-05-01 to 2019-07-25 (NCEI Accession 0228185)
This dataset contains water temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, and others taken by CTD from the seaglider SG660 in the Southern and South Indian Oceans. These data were collected during the Southern Ocean observations of the submesoscale (SOGOS) project in which two seagliders (SG659 and SG660) followed an argo-biogeochemical float (WMO 5906030) from the Southern Ocean carbon and climate observations and modeling (SOCCOM) program. Data were gridded using optimal interpolation (process described in: http://mooring.Ucsd.Edu/software/matlab/doc/toolbox/datafun/objmap.Html). The seaglider was additionally equipped with an unpumped ct-sail (temperature and salinity), an aanderaa oxygen optode (dissolved oxygen), and an ecolabs puck which collected optical backscatter at two wavelengths and chlorophyll fluorescence. Data are in NetCDF.

Water temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen and other parameters collected by CTD from the research vessel Sally Ride, cruises SR1706 and SR1707, in the north Pacific Ocean offshore California from 2017-03-05 to 2017-03-11 (NCEI Accession 0187860)
공공데이터포털
This dataset contains water temperature, salinity, and other parameters collected by CTD from research vessel Sally Ride, cruises SR1706 and SR1707, offshore California from 2017-03-05 to 2017-03-11. These cruises had, among others, the objective to service the CCE2 mooring (California Current Ecosystem). To calibrate and validate the mooring data, CTD casts with water samples were done. The CTD data are reported here. The CTD salinity data have been quality-controlled and adjusted using the water sample data. The raw CTD data files are available through the Rolling Deck to Repository (R2R) program, and the water sample data will be published via the Ocean Carbon and Acidification Data Portal at NCEI. Data are in netcdf format.
Temperature, salinity, nutrient, meteorological data from CTD, bottle casts, and other instruments in the Southern Oceans (>60 degrees South) from the NATHANIEL B. PALMER from 1994-02-14 to 1994-03-31 (NCEI Accession 0000484)
공공데이터포털
CTD, bottle, meteorological, and other data were collected from the Southern Oceans (>60 degrees South) from the Nathaniel B. Palmer from 14 February 1994 to 31 March 1994. CTD data include profiles of temperature, salinity, and oxygen concentrations. Bottle data include concentration profiles of oxygen, silicate, phosphate, nitrate, and total CO2. Meteorological data include barometric pressure, wind speed, and wind direction. Data were submitted by the Lamont-Doherty Earth Observatory of Columbia University.
Conservative temperature, absolute salinity, and others collected from seaglider SG674 in the Southern Ocean from 2020-12-13 to 2021-02-08 (NCEI Accession 0276999)
공공데이터포털
This dataset contains water temperature, salinity, dissolved oxygen, and others. This data was collected by Seaglider 674 as part of the Southern Ocean Large Area Carbon Experiment (SOLACE) between December 12, 2020 and February 8, 2021. This program took place north of the subantarctic front south of Tasmania, near the Southern Ocean Time Series (SOTS) mooring (https://imos.org.au/facilities/deepwatermoorings/sots). The glider was outfitted with an unpumped Seabird CTD, an Aanderaa oxygen optode, and a WETLabs ECO puck, which allowed for the measurement of two wavelengths of optical backscatter as well as induced fluorescence. Data is gridded in depth at a resolution of 5 meters. Original profile (dive) data are also included. Salinity data is deemed unusable after January 18, 2021 as a result of biofouling of the sensor. This additionally impacts the density and spice measurements. Data are in NetCDF.
Temperature, salinity and other variables collected from discrete sample and profile observations using CTD, bottle and other instruments from DISCOVERY in the Indian Ocean from 1995-01-06 to 1995-02-21 (NCEI Accession 0160543)
공공데이터포털
This dataset includes biological, chemical, discrete sample, physical and profile data collected from DISCOVERY in the Indian Ocean from 1995-01-06 to 1995-02-21. These data include CHLOROFLUOROCARBON-11 (CFC-11), CHLOROPHYLL A, DISSOLVED OXYGEN, HYDROSTATIC PRESSURE, NITRATE, PHAEOPHYTIN, Potential temperature (theta), SALINITY, WATER TEMPERATURE, phosphate and silicate. The instruments used to collect these data include CTD and bottle. These data were collected by Raymond T. Pollard of Southampton Oceanography Centre as part of the WOCE_ISS01_74DI19950106 dataset. CDIAC associated the following cruise ID(s) with this dataset: SWINDEX and WOCE_ISS01_1995 The World Ocean Circulation Experiment (WOCE) was a major component of the World Climate Research Program with the overall goal of better understanding the ocean's role in climate and climatic changes resulting from both natural and anthropogenic causes. The CO2 survey took advantage of the sampling opportunities provided by the WOCE Hydrographic Program (WHP) cruises during this period between 1990 and 1998. The final collection covers approximately 23,000 stations from 94 WOCE cruises.
Water temperature, salinity and other data collected from SeaGlider 573 in South Atlantic Ocean from 2012-09-25 to 2013-02-15 (NCEI Accession 0131501)
공공데이터포털
This dataset contains data in NetCDF format from Seaglider 573. The Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization-SOCCO Southern Ocean Seasonal Cycle Experiment (CSIRO)- (SOSCEx) was planned around five cruises to the Subantarctic Zone (SAZ) between the austral winter of 2012 and the late summer of 2013. Two autonomous SeaGliders (SG574 and SG573) were deployed south of Gough Island in the South-East Atlantic Ocean at 42.4S, 9.9W and 43.0S, 11.0W, respectively. Their deployment occurred in the central SAZ region of the Southern Ocean. The gliders were deployed on 20 September 2012 and 25 September 2012, respectively and both were retrieved on 15 February 2013 resulting in continuous sampling for 148 and 143 days (or 5.5 months) per glider. Data from SG574 are archived in NCEI Accession 0131762. Refer to Swart et al., 2014, JMS for further details.
