Summary of recreational hook and line caught sea turtles documented by the NOAA Galveston Laboratory
The database is a summary of sea turtles that are hook and line captured by recreational anglers in the region covered by the NOAA Galveston Laboratory through its work as the local representative of the Southeast Fisheries Science Centers Sea Turtle Stranding and Salvage Network. The database cotains: morphometric data on sea turtles caught type of gear on which sea turtle was caught whether the sea turtle was rehabilitated and released or died tag information.

The data includes morphometrics at the time of stranding, species and condition of the sea turtle at the time of stranding and documentation of tags present. It also contains information on the geographic location of the stranding.
Investigation of Immature Sea Turtles in the Coastal Waters of West Florida (NCEI Accession 0156706)
공공데이터포털
To survey immature sea turtles that inhabit the Ten Thousand Islands. Program funding came from South Florida Ecosystem Restoration. This project provided base-line data on the distribution and abundance of threatened and endangered sea turtles prior to the proposed redirection of Everglades fresh water flow. Tagging data are located on hard copy and electronic versions on CD. They are not posted on the host server. A condensed version of these data was also submitted to the Cooperative Marine Turtle Tagging Data Base (CMTTP) administered by the University of Florida, Gainesville, FL.

Sea Turtle Life History Database
공공데이터포털
Species identification, morphometrics, tagging information, hooking locations, and gear and interaction characteristics are recorded by fisheries observers and NMFS researchers during incidental encounters with sea turtles. Pelagic longline, shark bottom longline, and driftnet observer data relating to the incidental capture of sea turtles during fishing activity are used in bycatch reports, sea turtle life history research, bycatch mitigation research, and for management purposes.

Summary of bacteria found in captive sea turtles 2002-Present
공공데이터포털
If a sea turtle abruptly stops feeding, or ceases feeding entirely for three consecutive days, it is moved to the First Care Area [FCA] in the main sea turtle rearing barn. The First Care Area is a semi-quarantine area where turtles can get specific attention and medical care. When a turtle is moved to the FCA, it is given an identification number and a medical chart is made for that turtle. Our attending veterinarian is contacted and a treatment plan is developed. Treatment logs are used to compile the FCA logs and help keep track of sick turtles. Tissues and swabs from captive reared sea turtles that die or are euthanized are sent off to the Texas Veterinary Diagnositic Laboratory for analysis. TVMDL reports are submitted to permitting agencies when requried, and are not kept in searchable digital form. When bacteriology reports return from TVMDL, they are added to this database." The database contains a summary of bacteria which have been isolated in sea turtles dead and alive at the NOAA Galveston Laboratory and is based on reports received from the Texas Veterinary Diagnosic Laboratory in College Station, Texas.
