공공데이터포털
This dataset includes geochemical and associated physical data (depth, water temperature, salinity, density) collected using pump casts at fixed locations in the Lower Columbia River estuary from May 5, 1995 to March 6, 1998 (not inclusive) as part of the Columbia River Turbidity Maximum/Land Margin Ecosystem Research (CRETM/LMER) project. Data were submitted by Dr. Frederick Prahl, Oregon State Univ., College of Ocean and Atmospheric Sciences, Corvallis, OR.
Station and Environmental Data Sets from Pump Casts from the Columbia River Land-Margin Ecosystem Research Project from 1999-06-16 to 1999-06-29 (NCEI Accession 0000420)
공공데이터포털
Chemical, phytoplankton, and other data were collected from the Columbia River estuary from 16 June 1999 to 29 June 1999. Data were collected from R/V Robert Gordon Sproul, R/V Clifford Barnes, and fixed platforms as part of the Land-Margin Ecosystem Research (LMER) and the Columbia River Estuarine Turbidity Maximum Research Program (CRETMRP). Data were collected by pump casts and include water depths, temperatures, salinities, percent transmissivities, beam attenuations, and rates of primary production per hour. Data also include concentrations of chlorophyll a, phaeopigments, particulate organic carbon, particulate nitrogen, and particulate organic nitrogen.
Columbia River Estuary Turbidity Maximum (CRETM)/LMER zooplankton datasets for 1990, 1991, 1992 and 1995 (NCEI Accession 0000029)
공공데이터포털
This dataset contains 1990, 91, 92 and 1995 zooplankton species (scientific names), individual densities, total densities and optical backscattering data collected in the Lower Columbia River estuary on the Clifford A. Barnes, Wecoma, R/V Sproul. The data files include the CRETM zooplankton data format and metadata, species list and the data for each field period. These data were received from the CRTEM/LMER web server. They are "coastal ocean" data sets. The PI is Mr. Charles A. Simenstad, Univ. of Washington, Fisheries Research Institute, Seattle, WA.
Zooplankton and associated data from CTD casts from 05 May 1997 to 04 March 1998 as part of the Columbia River Land-Margin Ecosystem Research (NCEI Accession 0000384)
공공데이터포털
Zooplankton densities, zooplankton species identities, chlorophyll, transmissivity, and temperature data were collected from the ROBERT GORDON SPROUL, WECOMA, and CLIFFORD A. BARNES from May 5, 1997 to March 4, 1998. These data were submitted by the University of Washington as part of the Columbia River Estuarine Turbidity Maximum (CRETM) project. Data were collected using CTD and pump casts in the Columbia River estuary - Washington/Oregon.
CTD profile and pump cast data from the Columbia River Estuary for the Columbia River Land-Margin Ecosystem Research (LMER) project from 1996-07-09 to 1998-03-06 (NCEI Accession 9800145)
공공데이터포털
Hydrophysical, hydrochemical, and other data were collected from CTD and pump casts in the Columbia River Estuary from 09 July 1996 to 06 March 1998. Data was collected as part of the Columbia River Land-Margin Ecosystem Research (LMER) Project. Data include water depths, temperatures, salinities, sigma-thetas, optical backscattering, chlorophyll a concentrations, beam attenuations, and percent transmissivities of pure water. CTD data, unless otherwise noted, were taken on the downcast and the resulting salinity and temperature profiles were used to select pump depths on the following upcast.
Nutrients and zooplankton data from net and bottle casts from the ALAMINOS and other platforms from the South Pacific Ocean and other locations from 1967-01-31 to 1967-09-23 (NCEI Accession 9500089)
공공데이터포털
Nutrients and zooplankton data were collected from net and bottle casts from the ALAMINOS and other platforms in the South Pacific Ocean and other locations. Data were collected by Scripps Institute of Oceanography (SIO) from 31 January 1967 to 23 September 1967. Bottle data include concentrations of chlorophyll a, phaeopigment, phosphate, nitrate, ammonium, and total pigment. Zooplankton samples were obtained from oblique tows and parameters include maximum tow depth, total water volume passed through net, small plankton volume, total plankton volume, and standard haul factor.
PHYTOPLANKTON - WET WEIGHT and Other Data from UNKNOWN and Other Platforms From NE Atlantic (limit-40 W) and Others from 1978-11-01 to 1980-05-31 (NCEI Accession 8900286)
공공데이터포털
This data file consists of chlorophyll and other parameter built from existing NODC files F004, water physics/ chemistry, F029, primary productivity, as well as other sources. This data file is used for the in situ data of the CZCS (Coastal Zone Color Scanner) browse system. The data were collected from November 1978 to May 1980 in the Northwest Pacific, Northwest Atlantic and the Gulf of Mexico. The data were assembled by Dr. Elaine Collins and Peter Pytlowany.
