Chlorophyll-a, productivity, solar radiation, and other data in Saanich Inlet, British Columbia, from 1975-05-29 to 1975-07-14 (NCEI Accession 7600377)
공공데이터포털
Water temperature, salinity, chlorophyll-a, nitrate, phosphate, and other data were collected from a small boat in the Saanich Inlet, British Columbia, from 29 May 1975 to 14 July 1975. Data were collected by the Skidaway Institute of Oceanography (SKIO) as part of the International Decade of Ocean Exploration / Controlled Ecosystem Pollution Experiment (IDOE/CEPEX).
Productivity, chlorophyll a, Photosynthetically Active Radiation (PAR) and other phytoplankton data from the Arctic Ocean, Bering Sea, Chukchi Sea, Beaufort Sea, East Siberian Sea, Kara Sea, Barents Sea, and Arctic Archipelago measured between 17 April, 1954 and 30 May, 2006 compiled as part of the Arctic System Science Primary Production (ARCSS-PP) observational synthesis project (NCEI Accession 0063065)
공공데이터포털
Arctic Ocean primary production data were assembled from original input data archived in various international databases, provided by individual investigators or in publications. The data were collected by various methods and resulted from the efforts of many individual, national and international research efforts conducted between 1954 and 2007. Station data (cruise, station, latitude, longitude, depth), discrete data for productivity and chlorophyll a (value, method, phase, incubation type and length), photosynthetically available radiation (PAR) (incoming, integrated over incubation period), some integrated parameters, and some hydrographic parameters (nutrient concentration, mixed layer depth) as well as source (investigator, data base, publication, etc.), if available, were included.
Water temperature, primary productivity-phytoplankton, chlorophyll-a concentration, and other data collected by CTD, scintillation counter, fluorometer, and other instruments from Arctic Ocean from 1959-08-03 to 2011-10-21 (NCEI Accession 0161176)
공공데이터포털
Arctic Ocean net primary productivity (NPP) was assembled for 1959-2011 from existing databases and recent polar research cruises. At each NPP station, if available, other data such as Chl-a, nitrate, and nitrite concentrations, mixed layer depth (MLD), SST, and euphotic layer depth were included. The data were obtained between 65 and 89°N mainly from late spring to early fall. At each station, NPP was measured at various depths using 13C- or 14C-labeled compounds. Surface fluorometric Chl-a concentration and SST were estimated from measurements between 0 and 5 m depth. MLD was estimated from CTD profiles using 0a threshold criterion. Nitrate and nitrite concentrations were measured only in the upper 100 m. Sponsored by the NASA through the Primary Productivity Algorithm Round Robin activity (PPARR) program. Data were provided in xlsx format and converted by NCEI to csv format.

Chlorophyll-a, Orbview-2 SeaWiFS, R2018.0, 0.1°, Global, 1997-2010 (8 Day Composite), Lon0360
공공데이터포털
NASA GSFC Ocean Color Web distributes science-quality chlorophyll-a concentration data from the Sea-viewing Wide Field-of-view Sensor (SeaWiFS) on the Orbview-2 satellite. This version is the 2018.0 Reprocessing (R2018.0). https://oceancolor.gsfc.nasa.gov/reprocessing/r2018/seawifs/ The SeaWiFS instrument was launched by Orbital Sciences Corporation on the OrbView-2 (a.k.a. SeaStar) satellite in August 1997, and collected data from September 1997 until the end of mission in December 2010. SeaWiFS had 8 spectral bands from 412 to 865 nm. It collected global data at 4 km resolution, and local data (limited onboard storage and direct broadcast) at 1 km. The mission and sensor were optimized for ocean color measurements, with a local noon (descending) equator crossing time orbit, fore-and-aft tilt capability, full dynamic range, and low polarization sensitivity.
NODC Standard Format Primary Productivity 2 (F049) Data, 1973-1982 (NCEI Accession 0014161)
공공데이터포털
This dataset contains data from measurements of photosynthetic capacity and phytoplankton productivity. In addition to cruise information, position, date, time, sampling depths, bottom depth, and general environmental information, this dataset may contain measured parameters including: concentrations of chlorophylls a, b, c, plant carotenoids, and phaeopigments; concentrations of oxygen, particulate organic carbon, ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, silicate, and urea; temperature, salinity, and total alkalinity; and light penetration and light intensity. Values of photosynthetic capacity and primary productivity may be reported as total values or partial values for phytoplankton, net plankton, nanoplankton, and dissolved organic matter.
