공공데이터포털
Chemical, physical, and other data were collected using bottle, BT, current meter, MBT, meteorological sensors, and Secchi disk casts from January 1, 1968 to December 4, 1968. Data were submitted by Stanford University; Hopkins Marine Station as part of the California Cooperative Fisheries Investigation (CALCOFI) project. Data were processed by NODC to the NODC standard F004 water physics and chemistry format. The F004 format contains data from measurements and analysis of physical and chemical characteristics of the water column. Chemical parameters that may be recorded are salinity, pH and concentration of oxygen, ammonia, nitrate, phosphate, chlorophyll and suspended solids. Physical parameters that may be recorded include temperature, density (sigma-t), transmissivity and current velocity (east-west and north-south components). Cruise and station information may include environmental conditions of the study site at the time of observation. Data are very sparse prior to 1951.

공공데이터포털
Oceanographic Station Data, temperature, and other data were collected using CTD and bottle casts from A. AGASSIZ and other platforms in the Pacific ocean from July 25, 1954 to December 19, 1966. Data were submitted by Scripps Institution of Oceanography as part of the California Cooperative Fisheries Investigation (CALCOFI) project. Data were processed by NODC to the NODC standard Oceanographic Station Data (SD2) and the Universal Bathythermograph Output (UBT) formats. The Oceanographic Station Data format contains physical-chemical oceanographic data recorded at discrete depth levels. Most of the observations were made using multi-bottle Nansen casts or other types of water samplers. A small amount (about 5 percent) were obtained using electronic CTD (conductivity-temperature-depth) or STD (salinity- temperature-depth) recorders. The CTD/STD data were reported to NODC at depth levels equivalent to Nansen cast data, however, and have been processed and stored the same as the Nansen data. Cruise information (e.g., ship, country, institution), position, date, and time, and reported for each station. The principal measured parameters are temperature and salinity, but dissolved oxygen, phosphate, total phosphorus, silicate, nitrate, nitrite, and pH may be reported. Meteorological conditions at the time of the cast (e.g., air temperature and pressure, wind, waves) may also be reported, as well as auxiliary data such as water color (Forel-Ule scale), water transparency (Secchi disk depth), and depth to bottom. Values of density (sigma-t) sound velocity, and dynamic depth anomaly are computed from measured parameters. Each station contains the measurements taken at the observed depth levels, but also includes data values interpolated to a set of standard depth levels.

Oceanographic data collected from station Burkolator, Carlsbad Aquafarm, in the Coastal Waters of California by Scripps Institution of Oceanography (SIO) and assembled by Southern California Coastal Ocean Observing System (SCCOOS) Regional Association from 2015-02-14 to 2019-02-06 (NCEI Accession 0166465)
공공데이터포털
This dataset contains oceanographic and surface meteorological data collected from an automated shore station with a suite of sensors that are attached to Burkolator, Carlsbad Aquafarm, along the nearshore California coast. These automated sensors measure DEPTH - OBSERVATION, DISSOLVED INORGANIC CARBON (DIC), SALINITY, WATER TEMPERATURE and partial pressure of carbon dioxide - water at frequent intervals in the nearshore coastal ocean. These data can provide local and regional information on mixing and upwelling, land run-off, and algal blooms. Scripps Institution of Oceanography (SIO) collected the data and provided the data to SCCOOS, which assembles data from Scripps Institution of Oceanography (SIO) and other sub-regional coastal and ocean observing systems of the Southern California Coastal United States, submitted the data to NCEI as part of the Integrated Ocean Observing System Data Assembly Centers (IOOS DACs) Data Stewardship Program. The data are made available in netCDF formatted files, which follow the Climate and Forecast metadata convention (CF) and the Attribute Convention for Data Discovery (ACDD). Each quarter, NCEI adds to this dataset the data collected or updated during the previous quarter.
